I bought the large car port to park my housebus under. I found the customer service when ordering great. Carport had sold out but they kept me updated and it was shipped to me once back in stock. Very happy with the quaility and the instructions made it very easy to assemble. Would definately recommend

We bought a 3 x metre louvre kitset from Trade tested a few months ago. My wife & I built it & it went together quite easily. Their service is very good & they are geared up to be responsive. The only downside is not one of their making but needs to be addressed & that is their delivery partner here in the south island. They need to do better as they simply rock up to deliver without warning. Less than ideal as they will just leave it there if you are not home.

I recently contacted after sales service with a query about a product I had purchased approximately 12 months ago. My query was answered promptly and professionally. After sales service is very important in any business and I appreciated the professional service I received.

We purchased a heater stand to Install a gifted trade tested heater. Online order and pickup was simple, stand easy to assembly with heater and combination looks like being a winner with regard to versatility and heating efficiency.
Stand solved installation problem.
All people we dealt with were great with follow up from GM.

We considered it a bit of a risk living in Central Otago to order something large and expensive as a charcoal 4x4 gazebo and 9 shutters from Auckland. However there were no hitches - 13 boxes duly arrived. We used the Kitset assembly company from Dunedin to put it all together on the paved pad we had built. Only suggestion would have been a You Tube assembly instruction clip instead of printed.
It took a little over two days to assemble but we are delighted with the result - an outdoor sheltered room with great Alexandra views of the nearby mountains and night views of stars and the milky way with roof louvers opened.

Customer service is the best, the flagpole that I ordered from Tradetested is excellent quality and has stood up against the strongest of winds in a very windy part of the NZ southern coastline. I would highly recommend to buy.
