All the staff is amazing helpfull and politte

It was fantastic no pain no discomfort I had a lot of work done I was in and out with no bother the skill and professionalism was impressive

I am so scared of visiting the dentist, but had my appointment with the hygenist yesterday. I arrive terrified, but this person was very calming and could not have done any more to try to enable me to relax as much as possible. She was amazing which makes me feel less terrified when my next appointment comes along.

I was received at reception with the utmost courtesy and help in filling in my medical history form. I was lucky in that there had been a cancellation before my appointment, so despite me arriving early for my appointment, I was shown straight in to see the dentist. He was very polite and courteous, as was his assistant. I could not have asked for a better all round experience.

One of my teeth started to crumble a little I contacted the dentist asking about appointment was offered one in 5 weeks time I felt I could have an issue before so opted to call at 8 next morning for appointment on the day. I was able to be seen on that day. The tooth was sealed and I was on my way.
Shame there was no mention of the £75 charge I know I was seen quickly and probably saved future pain but a mention of the extra cost would have saved the shock 🤣

I recently had an impacted wisdom tooth removed. The service was brilliant, from the welcome to the in detail aftercare at the end of procedure. Will definitely use again in the future if I require them.
