Good service and Tony always makes me feel at ease as I used to have a fear of dentists

I’ve been going to Bupa Dental Care in Great Dunmow for nearly 9 years & I personally have had no issues with this company. The staff are polite & professional. The company is clean & easy to get to.

Travelling lots hence Dental Emergency Service is inevitable… but Nothing is better than Home Coming Service with Dr Blake & His Lady Assistant at Amersham.

This is a great dental practice, friendly and caring staff throughout. In the past I have found hygienist appointments painful, but this was quite the opposite. It was totally pain free and the hygienist really listened to my concerns with care and understanding. I would most definitely recommend them.

Whether a private patient or NHS funded the treatment at Pelton the and service from whole team is first rate whether you are eight or eighty. This practice at Pelton is a beacon for Bupa Dental Care UK.

This review is about Perlan in Eastbourne a BUPA practice. My experence with a different BUPA practice was not as good.
Before I review Perlan let me start with a back story:
Several years ago, I contacted an implant centre hoping to fill a gap created by an extracted tooth. They were unable to provide an implant due to insufficient bone. I don’t recall an alternative solution being offered
Last year my long-term dentist moved away and I moved to a BUPA dentist in St Leonards. Two attempts were then made at stabilising some loose teeth by fitting splints, both of which quickly broke. The advice then was to extract 5 teeth. At that point I contacted Pelan.
Ricardo carried out deep periodontal cleaning to improve the condition of the gums and replaced the broken splint. The outcome is much more comfortable and 6 months later the teeth are still stable, and the splint is holding firm. Fortunately, extraction was felt unnecessary which was an enormous relief.
Further remedial work was recommended including crowns, which presented an opportunity to fill the tooth (missing for about 8 years) with a bridge. Michael carried out this work. During the previous 8 years neither my regular dentist, the Implant Centre nor the BUPA dentist had suggested that possibility.
Whilst I will never have film star teeth, I am now the proud owner of a much improved and more aesthetically pleasing set of teeth, without huge gaps and black stubs either side of my mouth.
Perlan are more expensive than other dentists but clearly, they can achieve what other dentists cannot. That was certainly the case for me. Both Ricardo and Michael are absolutely lovely, so friendly, caring and gentle, assisted by nurses who helped keep me calm through long appointments.
I am so pleased I found Perlan and highly recommend their exceptional skills in treating difficult cases like mine.

I had 2 front implants fitted by Mads and I am so, so happy with my new look. I now have a beaming smile and I can't stop smiling. The journey from start to finish was very pleasant and Mads made the experience very nice. Mads is a very skilled and competent dentist and I can't thank him enough.
