All round excellent.
Helpful and patient at reception.
Dr Flora was technically excellent and kept me sedated with sweet words and natural charm.

Always on time. Hussain Jamali is always polite and friendly. Have always had good service from this practice.

Rudi amazing really helped calm me for my tooth extraction and filling. I never felt rushed or silly for causing this problem with my teeth. I was given choices on my treatment options at my last appointment so knew what to expect this time.

I don't understand why dentists don't scale and polish your teeth at a checkup like they use to or is it because I'm a NHS patient, instead they seem to refer you to the hygienist?

My routine hygienist appointment was causing me some concern following a bad experience in Cardiff, but Melissa and her dental assistant were both amazing. I was put at ease and the whole process proved to be painless. Melissa was very efficient and thorough and I am delighted with her results. I can’t praise this practice enough. Thank you

I attended as an emergency as suffering from severe pain from my two lower front teeth
The dentist gave me an injection in the area which was rather painful and then removed some plaque
This reduced the pain considerably and I was very pleased with the action taken
I still have to attend next week in order to decide what action to take with these two problem teeth as they are very crowded and will probably require removal
