I bought an expensive black kitchen sink waste kit in February and the black coating started to come off within a few months, exposing the bare metal underneath. Theresa from Tapstore was extremely helpful in extracting a replacement out of the manufacturer, despite them initially attempting to renege on the 15 year guarantee that came with the product. Definitely worth 5 stars for customer service provided.

I found some of my sensitive data on a data breach scanner. This shows that tapstore has not kept sufficient security in place to protect its customer data. I will not be using them any more due to this.

I bought a tap which was fitted months later (new kitchen) and it dripped after use. I contacted Tapstore and Theresa was very helpful in contacting the manufacturer and having a replacement valve posted out immediately.

Tap washer went in the tap. Contacted the company who were very helpful. Got correct washer in the end & all working well.

The supplier did not include a shower hose in the package and Tapstore immediately undertook to contact them and arrange for one to be sent. No quibbles!

We needed a replacement cartridge for our shower. The part was replaced Free of charge even though it was a a few days out of warranty. A big thank you to Theresa Day at Tapstore and also Sagittarius for your prompt attention and wonderful service. Thank you very much everyone.

Taps were clearly priced, as well as faster delivery. Supplied direct from manufacturer. Lack of clarity as to when they would be delivered was researched and resolved by Tapstore customer service without delay.

Bought some very fancy and expensive taps, arrived with issues ( direct from supplier and not from tapstore ). Raised an issue in email, Teresa called straight away to resolve, asked for pictures which I sent, called supplier, obtained agreement to send replacements and allowed me to keep the first lot for spare parts. Could not ask for more than that - that a gem. I run a business, issues can happen and the true worth of a business is always going to be how quickly and how well they deal with things when that happens.

Ordered a Franke tap . Had not heard from courier, so rang tap store , lovely lady contacted courier to see what the delay was. Courier had noted down wrong postcode. Told it was coming on Monday courier would contact me . No word from courier so emailed tapstore by return I was informed of the time slot. Item arrived . Tapstore - of their own volition rang later that day to ensure my tap had arrived. Fantastic customer service, super super helpful . Highly recommend.

Ordered a tap and need it asap as had been let down by another supplier.

Ordered online and emailed to ask when it would be received. Teresa replied quickly and confirmed it had been despatched and should be with me today...and it was!
