I am a business owner they took my pictures off my website, they advertise my venue customers inquire through tagvenue and I can not reply unless its through tag venue and I pay them I refuse to pay them and then the customer does not get a reply back from the venue, not good, need to be removed

These clowns have been harassing multiple locations of the brand I work for, using my name and falsely claiming we are using their services. These guys are manipulative as hell. I keep getting emails that my profiles are live, I never signed up for this crap.

I used the Tagvenue website a couple of weeks ago to find a venue for a birthday party. Following my time on the website I received an email from a person called Karolina Wojdat asking if I would take part in usability testing for your website in exchange for £60 Amazon voucher. I was a bit suspicious at first but I also as my day job run market research campaigns for organisations, so thought I would check if this was a legit request. I looked for Karolina on the Tagvenue website and on Linkedin and was satisfied with the results that I found so responded and accepted the offer. I arranged a video call with Karolina, but on the day when I joined the call I was joined by 2 men which surprised me as it wasn't communicated with me that Karolina wasn't to be on the call at all. So I did a quick search on the Tagvenue website again and found one of the gentlemen that I was on a call with, Sergio Villamil. As he was on the website I continued with the call under the assumption this was still legit. At the end of the call I was informed my £60 Amazon voucher would be sent to me at the end of the week. On Friday I received the voucher in my junk mail, but I was suspicious of the email as the email address it came from looked weird. Also, as mentioned I run market research myself and send out amazon vouchers and noticed there was no code for me to use to add the voucher to my Amazon account, it said to just click on a link to add the voucher to my account. So I contacted amazon to see if this was a real voucher and was informed that the gift card indeed came from a fake email and to not click on anything.

We love Tagvenue! We are a venue (Bonkers Bar) based in Dalston, North London and we find the quality of enquiries we get via the platform to be excellent. The staff there seem to be very attentive and follow up with venues and clients alike to make sure the bookings go as planned.

I can recommend them, for both venues seeking clients and for clients seeking venues. An honest reliable company.

I try to make a live music a event in one of venues for one hour. I tried two venues. I book for enquiry. One responded. Venue owner rang. Responded. Create the date for event. Venue owner said he will ring me back tomorrow just to see if everything right to go. Next day came round. No phone call. Second one tried booking Venue through tagvenue. They owner reply shorty just to confirm the booking. Again no answer.
Don't trust tagvenue if your not getting great communication with venues owners. Just shows how rude they are?

The worst communication I have seen for a long time.

We have booked a venue for our wedding dinner and in the first instance the communication was excellent and then once the venue was booked, contract signed and the deposit paid it went down the drain.

I am constantly chasing for updates and menu's, you would think with them knowing the importance of the event they would be more pro-active in their communication but that has not been the case. It would also be thoughtful and good service with individuals getting married having enough to worry about as it is.

I am chasing for menu's and have been informed that they need menu choices a week or so before the date (makes sense but they still have not provided the menu) alongside with the final numbers....they have informed me that if we get the number count wrong we will still be charged....so happy to charge if we don't get them the information they need but for the client it feels like a who cares approach.

If you have promised a menu by a certain date provide it, if you can't (we've all been there) be proactive and let us know, I shouldn't have to chase.

I work in CS so happy to help the company with SLA's and organisation if they are unsure on how to provide a good service.

Its been 3 weeks of people saying someone will get back to me but no one does. I don't think anyone actually works there. It's a joke. Do not recommend especially if you are on a deadline (which most events are)

Okay front end experience, but have requested around 20 quotes at this point and every single quote is misadvertised on Tag Venue. Not even close to the true cost, which makes it difficult to find an appropriate venue. 50% of venues are also typically taken on the time requested. The platform would be much improved if availability info was real time and pricing accurate.

Used once and had unfortunately to cancel with more than 3 months of notice. Never got my money back
