The showroom was inviting and modern. Nikki made sure we were comfortable and we had a hot drink made for us. We were able to take our time to browse the cars in the showroom. Every question we asked was answered confidently. Nikki was very knowledgable. We didn’t feel pressured into a sale this gave us the confidence to know our custom was valued. After ordering we were kept updated with video messages and emails. We could also monitor progress online. Handover was efficient and everything we needed to know was explained. We are so happy with our car and the ongoing support we are receiving.

Thank you to Sytner MINI Stevenage, especially Matthew Squires, who took over responsibility for my order from a previous member of staff, sending me a video introduction to himself. On the day of handover of my new Mini, Scott concluded the process with meticulous handover, including thorough introduction to the car controls etc. I’d also like to thank the lovely lady who welcomed us with fresh coffees too.
