following what should have been a routine service, car went into Knutsford clean and i turned down the offer of a car wash following a poor experience on last visit to be presented with a vehicle that looked like it had been driven over a field.
when i asked where car has been to end up like this i was informed they do a test drive and when I mentioned the state of the car they responded with i told them not to wash it, i responded that a quick jet wash would have been a better customer experience.
to cap it off i start car and the service required warning appears ( not be reset )
not what you expect when you use the main dealer

Worst experience at Sytner Land Rover Knutsford
Had my car in for 4 months had to call and email constantly to get updates, never received calls back when promised.
Each time I agreed to to replace a part after being told that it was definitely the solution it didn’t resolve the issue.
Circa 4 months and £5,000 later I got the car back and the following day the engine light came back on !!
When I took it back in the guy had no idea about the car any history of what had been worked on even though car was in there for four months and told me another part needed replacing
As I had zero confidence I collected the car and took it to another garage to deal with the add blue even though Synter Knutsford had replaced the add blue tank and system that I now know probably never even needed replacing
Totally incompetent worst customer service considering all work including servicing etc has always been carried out there since new
It’s totally ruined my opinion on Landrover would never buy another one but this garage in particular is nothing short of a disgrace

I bought my car through Sytner Select. Danny who dealt with my vehicle enquiry and purchase was absolutely brilliant and a pleasure to do business with.
I'd definitely deal with Sytner Select again, particularly due to the professionalism and helpfulness of Danny. First Class service.

I recently bought a new car from Sytner, the service was excellent and I was kept informed through out. There was a slight blemish in the paint work, which they were mortifed about and were proactive in looking to recitify the situation.
