Recently visited Sytner mini Coventry for a service. From start to finish the service was exceptional. I was always informed and updated every step of the way. Customer service was excellent. The car came back looking immaculate. Special mention to Harrison for amazing customer service and for looking after me as he provided an excellent service.

I recently visited this BMW dealership with my BMW 640d Gran Coupe and was considering changing to a BMW i5.

I would like to thank Hasanayn Hussain from the sales team, who was very professional, polite, and helpful throughout my discussions. Unfortunately, due to my overall experience afterwards, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. I want to make clear this was not because of Hasanayn, who was excellent.

After my service appointment, I discovered that the mileage recorded in the BMW Digital Service History was incorrect and I had to return the car to have it corrected. I also reported an iDrive issue immediately after the service. The situation resulted in extra inconvenience and costs for me, including Uber journeys back to work and back to collect the car.

I appreciate that the team later provided explanations and confirmed the work carried out, but I felt the initial handling and communication could have been better, especially regarding my concerns and the £150 diagnostic charge.

Mistakes can happen, but how they are handled makes the difference. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience in the future.

From first contact with David, the whole process was extremely easy. I had never bought a car virtually remotely before but I would have no hesitation doing so again.

Everything was well organised and I was kept updated throughout the day. The staff went above and beyond to have my car ready for 4 pm . Thank you

We were booked in for 12pm. My husband waited around and he checked after 1pm
When the car is going in and within 5 mins the car was taken in to be worked on. Please advise why you book appointments when you can’t start the work at the time given. My husband spend the whole day there because your service is slows. Please sort this out it’s ridiculous

Luke Allsopp took care of everything.
During a routine oil service and a day before I was doing a 300 mile round trip to Ipswich, service tecnicians found a nail in each rear tyre.
Luke alerted me immediately and with two near tyres I was able to complete the arduous journey.

Nice team of people, got a great deal on a new car that I keep getting compliments on. Well looked after.

Great service, quick easy, convenient

Brilliant 5 STAR dealership. We live almost 60 miles away and it’s our chosen trusted dealership because of key-people like BMW’s ANDREW ATKINS in the parts department. Not only is he a super helpful individual, extremely knowledgeable, enthusiast: he’s a very polite and caring individual to all valued customers.
We’ve been to ‘ so many ‘ other BMW dealerships and the other sites parts team either don’t pick up the phone.(common issue) It just rings and rings or their staff don’t even say good morning or anything welcoming when you get to see them. Andrew however is a breath of fresh air. SYTNER BMW you need to Take Note of customers’ feed back. Repeat business starts with good interaction and welcoming body language. For sure, Coventry will have our business for PARTS because of great individuals like ANDREW who make a business ! 5 STAR Customer Service.

Convinced that Gary Button at Sytner BMW Coventry is the best person I have ever dealt with regarding car purchases. As the After Sales manager he was very supportive and genuinely cares about excelling ensuring my customer experience throughout was excellent! Working with him and his team has been fabulous!

I have had a lot of calls from Sytner. I have told them that I do not wish to change my car, but they still will not take no for an answer. Their frequent calls border on harrassment and they are in serious danger of losing me as a customer

Excellent service and communication, Zaib was an excellent service adviser keeping me informed of service requirements and timing for the MOT and work required. My car was returned in pristine condition cleaned inside and out!

Excellent customer service. Price a little high. The quality of the complimentary valet left a little to be desired as clearly no effort was made to remove the tape residue, even though it was promised to elbe addressed
