I had an exceptional experience with Porsche and especially with Sophina. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and easy to work with. When my car had to go back earlier than expected, she went above and beyond by arranging a supply car so I wasn’t left stranded, a gesture that truly showed her commitment to outstanding customer service.

Throughout the entire process, communication was clear and effortless. Everything was handled smoothly, and I genuinely couldn’t fault the service I received. Sophina made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free.

Highly recommend both the dealership and Sophina for anyone looking for a premium, seamless experience. Will definitely be back in the future!

If you have an MOT or service hear then please be aware that if it fails then it's probably a lie. Please get a 2nd opinion. My porsche failed it's mot but I was not convinced. Got a 2nd and 3rd opinion and boom I was right. Porsche wanted to charge me over £2000 but with advisorys it was over £3000 and in actual fact the mot and parts cost £150. An absolute disgrace. I will be going to trading standards and the papers as well as seeking legal advice. This is not the 1st time either. Thankfully I grew up around cars so I know enough to know I was being robbed.

I purchased a vehicle remotely and flagged a visible defect on the dashboard leather at collection. I was assured the repair would be arranged locally at no inconvenience to me.

After weeks of chasing, they sent an unprofessional third-party repairer who arrived without calling and refused to do the job. Instead of resolving the issue, Porsche Silverstone tried to shift blame and cost onto me—despite the defect being present at sale and their clear commitment to fix it.

Very poor experience that falls well below the standard I expected from a Porsche dealership. Would caution others to be wary of post-sale promises.

Having bought a Porsche from Sytner three weeks ago, I came back for a Masterclass to help me to appreciate all the car could do. Hannah spent an hour with me, explaining all the attributes the car has. She was very patient and very knowledgeable and that was a great help to me.

I had an amazing experience at the Porsche Experience Centre yesterday with instructor Mark Newman. Mark was incredibly informative, teaching me new tricks and techniques throughout the day. His politeness, patience, and unwavering positive attitude made the experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend learning from Mark!

One exceptional member of their team made the customer experience great from a bad start. I can not recommend Justin Facer enough, he was superb and I hope that is recognised by his employees. I have used the garage 4 times for various things and it was coming out 2 good and 2 bad, until Justin rescued the service and now 2 good, 1 bad and 1 great. They have my loyalty as a customer as I know how to get great service.

Oliver & George what can we say…
On arrival at Porsche, we were greeted by the reception staff with a friendly smile and offered a seat, and drinks, whilst we waited for the sales guy .. Oliver.
We had seen a few cars, that we liked the look of, and Oliver showed us round without hesitation. He knew everything there was to know about all the cars! Lovely guy and so helpful and easy to deal with!
George came along later to assist with the finer details, and once again, a really great guy and we were treated like royalty throughout.
We would highly recommend Porsche in Towcester if you are looking to change your vehicle. The car is absolutely beautiful and the service is First Class Thank you
