Amazing service from Ryan in the service dept. getting my car MOTd for me at short notice and avoiding an issuing with my car tax. Always made to feel very welcome in the showroom as well. Highly recommended.

Car returned dirty.
The team were very good to deal with and very friendly. But, the car came back to me with another fault. I had two new tyres fitted and the wheels were covered in white lubricant. I do not expect to get a dirty car back from Porsche no matter what the car was in the service department for. I then went and got a puncture repair from a garage we use in Johnstone. Guess what the wheel was spotless once fitted.

Fantastic service
My vehicle needed a replacement headlight which was throwing up several issues that were spoiling my driving experience. My service Advisor Toni, helped me to navigate the repair process from diagnosis to completion with complete professionalism. When the vehicle was returned I had concerns about a particular setting, but this was quickly and efficiently resolved by the Toni and the technicians who reacted quickly and professionally to my query. This is exactly how a vehicle repair should be processed. Fantastic Service

Poor experience, time and time again
Shockingly poor experience with Porsche Centre Glasgow (Sytner) — and not for the first time.
They can’t even be bothered to respond to emails to book a car in. I was chasing for weeks just to arrange a basic service, with messages ignored and no sense of urgency whatsoever.
From there, it only got worse.
I was told the service and bodywork repair would take 4–5 days and be completed in one visit with a loan car. In reality:
The car was returned over a week late
The final bill was significantly higher than quoted
After paying well over £6,000, the main issue (bodywork) hasn’t even been fixed
Collection summed it up perfectly; close to an hour wait, then zero handover, and no accountability.
Communication throughout has been dreadful, despite me raising concerns about this previously. I’ve again contacted them today via WhatsApp and email, but based on past experience I’m not expecting much.
This isn’t a one-off — it’s a pattern of poor service, poor communication, and a complete lack of care.
Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had, and completely unacceptable for a brand like Porsche.

I had an outstanding experience with the service department at Porsche Centre Glasgow, thanks to Allan Robertson.
From the moment I arrived, Allan delivered a level of service that genuinely exceeded expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout. What stood out most was how clearly he communicated everything—taking the time to explain details properly and keeping me fully updated at every stage without me ever needing to chase.
The whole process felt seamless and well-managed, which reflects both his personal standards and the quality of the centre as a whole. It’s rare to come across that level of care and consistency.
Allan is a real asset to the team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend him to anyone looking for first-class service.

Excellent service
My service advisor contacted me the day before my car was due in to check if any other work was required, which there was, and arranged further inspection. On the day, I was kept informed of the progress of the inspection and on collection of the car was given a detailed report. They have arranged a date for further work to be carried out. They were extremely efficient and courteous and the service I received exceeded my expectations.
