Service standard well below what is expected.
Getting in contact with the dealership is extremely frustrating, phone numbers rarely answered despite the new GM stating this would be addressed.
Service advisor never responded when they said they would and constantly had to be chased up.
Twice had the return of my car delayed, the second time as the technician was moved to cover other customers' jobs. A standard you wouldn't expect from any brand let a lone Porsche. Unacceptable for a Porsche dealer or a Penske dealership.

I had two rear alloys repaired and re sprayed, which meant the car was in for two days, which looking back seems a day longer than really required.
On the first day I had a call recommending I have all four wheels sprayed in case the new paint didn’t match. This was a big surprise as I had the wheels sprayed gold (arum) about 6 months ago by the Porsche dealer that sold me the car. I would not expect any paint to have faded enough in six months that it be noticeable, especially from a prestigious manufacturer.
I was also very surprised and shocked that Porsche Chester didn’t seem to be able to match the colour. I’m pretty sure paint colours are coded, so it should’ve been easy to find the code for Arum gold. It was not a mix to my specifications, just a colour that Porsche offered.
Further, the communication between Porsche Chester and me was not overwhelming good. Probably wrongly, I was left feeling that your company was encouraging me to spray all four wheels because you couldn’t find the correct paint code.
On the second day I was informed about 12:00 that the job had not been started due to the paint colour problems. Then I was suddenly told that the wheels were being sprayed and I could pick the car up about 17:30. This left me wondering why the car was with you for two days when it seems the work could be done in perhaps 5-6 hours. I was told this was due to miscommunication between yourselves and the company doing the work, and I believe this, but it does leave a sour taste and a lingering feeling of disappointment and frustration.
This is my first time using Porsche Chester for any work and it wasn’t a good experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Nathan Woodworth when purchasing my Porsche in Chester Porsche center, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure I felt completely comfortable with my purchase.

He was transparent, honest, and took the time to explain everything in great detail, which made me feel confident moving forward.

His communication was flawless, and I knew I was in good hands every step of the way. He's speed was excellent always responded and picked up my emails. I drove him mad with my questions;-( as i was a nervous buyer In the end, I walked away with the car of my dreams, all thanks to his dedication and exceptional service.

I truly appreciate how he handled the entire process, and I can confidently say that I will be recommending him to anyone in the market for a car and my next car I will definitely remember to contact Nathan to purchase it again. It was also after sales that nathan was there which is key for any buyer.

He had my car delivered by Matt, who was also excellent, he drove down 4 hrs and sat down with me at my home to explain everything in detail. Cant thank him enough he was very good.

It was in for software update whilst there a full health check was carried out and valeted ( it was very dirty)

Certainly a five star service from Tommy Bargh!
For reasons we weren’t too sure of which model to go for & Tommy was so patient in ensuring we got the best match for us.
Once we had decided, we were against a dead line which changes in production and Tommy went out of his way and beyond in securing a slot for us and specking out a car for us.
At every step, Tommy was patiently there for us to the actual day & the drama of a dream car! I even think we won him over with our banana coloured 718; which we love!

Excellent Service all round when my Taycan undertook its first 24 month Service.

Purchased a 2023 911 C4GTS in Feb 25.

THE worst car I have ever owned, only matched/bettered by the very poor service by Porsche Chester.

Very poor communication, I am writing this after sending them an email on the 31/10 (to Dealer Principal). No response. Previous communication from them only after contacting Sytner HQ to try to resolve.

No correct invoices at handover, the only ones presented had the incorrect name.

Faults immediately apparent on drive home. (Suspension fault, engine mounts rattling, sunroof seal detached, and a short while later the surround cameras stopped functioning)

Car has had multiple visits to Porsche. Car now sold.

Beware.

Bought my Taycan 4S earlier this year through Porsche Chester and wow, what a great experience I’ve had!

Andrew Haynes has looked after me hand and foot since I first spoke with him on the phone!

I’m still being treated like a new customer to date 7 months later, I’ve never experienced service like it!

Each time I’ve encountered a minimal issue, such as this week, my alloys were chipping, Andrew sent a local company (County Durham) to my workplace and had all four refurbished! Exceptional!

Thank you Andrew, you really have been the shining star for the business in my opinion, keep it up!

It turns out buying a 5 star car does indeed come with 5 star aftercare!

What made our experience great? Jack Berman and Tomos Hughes. Porsche Centre Chester operate a salesman buddy system to ensure that at any point a customer calls in to the showroom they are dealt with by the same team members. This guarantees the relationship is maintained and gives the customer a much more personal service making them feel valued. My wife and I certainly did feel this way. The level of knowledge and care both Jack and Tom afforded us was and continues to be exceptional. If you’re looking for a truly top notch experience in buying your next car these two lads are your guys.

The Centre is a premium place to spend your time in also, you’re made to feel welcome by all the staff that mill around and are taken care of whilst you wait if needs be.

Everything about the Porsche Center Chester screams professionalism - from first entering the showroom, the welcome from the staff and the service delivered. That is no more demonstrated than by the friendliness, knowledge and understanding exhibited by Jack Berman. Jack took time to truly understand my motivations - the 911 was a belated retirement present to myself (some present - I know I'm a lucky boy with a very understanding wife!). The rapport developed between us was absolutely spot on and in fact we talked about golf almost as much as the car! Then came the day of the handover (6 August) and the whole experience was most enjoyable.

I have no doubt whatsoever that Porsche Center Chester will continue to support my journey with my 911 ownership with the same level of care and profesionalism.

I visited Porsche Chester (Sytner) to buy my very first Porsche.
The staff were very friendly, understsnding and welcoming upon arrival.
We were introduced to Jack Berman in our search for our perfect car.
Jack was outstanding from start to finish and we were quick to find the perfect vehicle which exceeded our expections, it was 'fully loaded'.
The whole Porsche experience was truly amazing unlike other car brands which we have had in the past where focus was not on the customer.

The whole experience from initial call to the lovely Jack delivering our car to our front door was so easy. What a wonderful endorsement of Porsche he embodies.
