delivered my car at 9.00am requesting it be ready for a collection at 4.00pm as i had aother appointment later that day.
Information obtained via my Mercedes app informed me the vehicle was not being worked on at 15,25 and that the doors were only unlocked at 15.56.

Consequently it wasnt ready until 16,25pm, The vehicle did not undergoe a complementry service inspection (VHC}and neither was it washed.

Regarding the work required im not convinced the attention it needed was given (Emergency Brakes had come on twice at 30MPH) which in my opinion warranted a thorough investigation- im not convinced this was the case. The engineer reported no faults were detected though a software update had been done. Had the sensors been examined for defects or obstructions ?

All aspects of my encounters have been spot on, they even gave my son some sweets while we were there so can’t complain

First off this rating is no reflection on the staff at all, in fact they are all extremely polite, professional and excellent at their jobs.
However, I went in for a air con re-gas for my W222, unfortunately it needs a new a/c unit at £4300. Now 99% of cars with this R744 refrigerant a/c fail, 99% think about that. ive been told this 3 times, so surely they should replace them free of charge at least once. 10 times the price of normal a/c which they've now went back to in the new W223 models. Again the staff were excellent they would get 5⭐️
