I had a slight issue with my Bentley roof and Matt Thompson in service, found the problem and replaced and installed new parts quickly and efficiently and paying became less painful!!!

Manchester McLaren are always thorough when my vehicle is in for service, the technicians diagnosed faults that I didn’t even know about. The only thing that could be better is when I collected my vehicle this time it was dirty from been sat outside which was disappointing as it had just had ceramic coating applied before it came to service.

I had 2 cars collected taken to Manchester Bentley and McLaren from a remote location and in both cases it was dealt with seamlessly and efficiently.
We are always happy with the service we experience and the team perform a great job.

Worst experience. Took days to collect the car, lost a piece of my bumper which now needs reordering and still did not fix the issue which now has to be re-looked at. You'd think you would have a quick service of picking up a rolls Royce instead of leaving it stranded in a car park for days and you'd also think they'd take more care in not loosing parts on a £300,000 car.

Poor attitude of service staff.
Overcharging customers.
Charged for items not done and said that they had done it.
When confronted the staff were dismissive.

Service is very good but getting a little too expensive
Will probably use a independent specialist for the next service

I sent my B GT for a service, Sytner manchester.. I also knew I had a problem with a buzzing noise coming from the front footwell area which needed investigating. Service complete with no issues...I was advised by Leigh Taylor, that as well as the noise, my rear parking sensor and rear camera didn't work. I told him that i had a warranty contract which would cover the work, his reply. Warranty only covers broken parts, not investigation..
Buzzing noise.. dash board needs to come out, at my expense, so they could investigate what the problem is, then hopefully, I could claim that back the broken part and re installation of the the dashboard. initial investigation none reclaimable..circa £1800,
Rear pk sensor and camera..Leigh..the rear bumper needs to be removed so we can asses problem, again at my expense till they know whats wrong, circa £ 300-£400. I said NO...
I sent my car this morning to GT Services, over the road from Bentley Manchester, Within 10 minutes
they told me, the buzzing noise was a vacuum pipe on the inner passenger wing, which they replaced...
The rear parking sensor and camera wasn't working because a wire was disconnected...Re connected.
Fully repaired...BILL for Two hrs labour.
Im absolutely disgusted, of the incompetence, or the dishonesty of Bentley Manchester Service...I have been a loyal customer of Bentley Manchester for 25 years, ask Yan, Tony Whitley...Buying arnages, and gt's...
I will sadly dine out on this experience....
