Never again
Terrible website not user friendly at all, kept going around in circles trying to find the contact number for customer support but was only directed to a bot with limited answers which did not cover my enquiry. The 'Contact Us' pages take you nowhere. Was eventually told if I wanted to cancel my policy it would cost £40 as an admin fee, If I wanted to cancel after the cooling off period it would cost me £55, seems like a total rip off these administration and cancellation fees. Will stay with them for this year since I have paid for it but will definitely not be renewing next year or moving any other business to them in the future.

Very confusing as it’s Liverpool not Swinton lol
Had a reply but unfortunately apologies are no compensation I used money supermarket but very dissatisfied that I could not get the advertised rate went to Swinton who were not the least expensive but their Defacto rating was the best
Should have gone with the cheaper option as they are all on line pricing these days no support unless you pay more
Anyway must say I’m disappointed
