dreadful experience
have to give one star as there is no option for 0. absolute rubbish experience. there is no number on their website/emails to call the team. when found number on google, they keep you ages on the call for small change in policy and then charge hugely for that, even for cancellation on the same day of start. price given by their team and online doesnt match and they customer team wont match it, they ask to cancel and rebook with them again ,but with a huge fees . Absolute rubbish service.

I wanted to clarify that when applying for an insurance policy, it is standard practice for insurance companies to check the CUE database to access any claims history. CUE is a central database that holds information on all insurance claims and incident reports made by policyholders. If the information disclosed does not match what the database confirms, we ask for you to contact us to discuss this in more detail. When updating the information to match the CUE database, this can affect the premium you were originally quoted. We apologise if this was not made clear to you during the conversation you had with us.
Upon looking into your quote and the policy I can see that the claim status has been inputted differently on the quote you obtained online. This will affect the premium offered.

Garbage service
Garbage service. You wait on the phone to be greeted by a bot. That bot is likely the cheapest they could find because it doesn't work very well.
Finally when a human greets you, they are in no rush to help.
I cancelled my policy early after paying year upfront. Cheeky buggers "graciously" said I was entitled to a refund of £46.39. But then also I had to pay a cancellation fee of £46.39. So big middle finger and a null to me the customer.

Regarding the refund and cancellation fee, I understand how that feels unfair, and I’d like to explain the reasoning for this. When you cancel your policy there is a cancellation fee applicable. In the instance where that would mean you would owe money, we then balance your account to zero so there is no additional to pay nor a refund. I hope this provides clarification for you.
