A note on the COVID-19 pandemic
We hope you are staying safe during this challenging and unforeseen time across the globe. We would firstly like to thank you for your patience and support as we work to respond to the thousands of individual customer queries, booking amendments and refunds.
We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. It may take us longer than usual to respond at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to reply to every customer query as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.
The ongoing situation with Covid-19 is unprecedented and affecting us all in many different ways. We truly appreciate the patience and support of all of our customers during this challenging time.

All was going well til we arrived
All was going well til we arrived, paid for a private taxi, they couldn't fit 4 suitcases in a car, no shit, I couldn't in a standard car that's why I got an estate car, made us pay fir a minibus to take us, had no choice, would of been quicker to go on the bus and a lot cheaper, wont be tricked again like this, i paid extra through booking for transfer, 4 people, said our suitcases were big fir a hatchback car

deja a l'aeroport de tunis personne pour vous acceuillir represent de l'agence absent !
arrrivè a l'hotel apres plus de 5 heures de voyage ( pas de serviettes de toillette afin de se rafraichir la chambre une catastrophe salle vieux hodeur horrible dans les placards pas de menage SDB encore une catastrophe robineterie habimè toujours pas de de 'resentant on vous laisse seul sans aucun accompagnement :: hotel el mpurradi a mahdia a eviter absoluement !! ne pas alller dans cet hotel eviter ABSOLUEMENT de passer par sunshine voyages de plus il faut savoir que c'est carrefour voyage qui commercialise cette agence!! une honte !

Yes had a good experience using the website, it was a quite straightforward booking process, my only problem was finding one of my flights I had booked outbound on their website, but i resolved the problem eventually, it always good to check the different airlines baggage rules before you fly so you don’t come unstuck on your return journey, looking forward to my holiday in a few months

For the past several years I have purchased all my abroad holidays through either On the Beach or Sunshine. I cant fault them! 8 years ago I encountered an issue with an airline, it was sorted promptly but On the Beach. I won't book my holidays through anyone else.
