Faulty wing mirrors, and MOT
Booked my car for remedial work to faulty wing mirrors and MOT, told to leave the car for one day,
No contact to inform me that the work would take longer. I phoned to enquire about my car, I was told that they would ring me back this did not happen.
I had a call 3 days later about 4.30pm to say that my car is ready, I ask if they could bring the car to my home address, there was no response. The morning of the 4th day I picked the car up at 10am.
A few hours later I had a call from them saying that they did not have a driver to return my car to my home address, I informed them that I had already picked my car up, within an hour after the above call I had another call telling me that my car was ready to be picked up, obviously the left doesn’t know what the right is doing. As you may gather from this review, I was not very impressed.

Horrendous ! Worst experience ever!
Horrendous ! Worst experience ever!
I don't usually write reviews and understand things can go wrong but my god these guys take it to another level of poor service.
I would recommend avoiding this Porsche centre at all costs.
Customer service is atrocious took over 2 weeks to get my car back after giving it in for a simple oil service.
0 Comms , constantly chasing up with promises to call backs that never happened was given several return dates only for me to chase up on the day and be told " Oh the car is not ready today we will have someone call you back with an update".
Nobody is calling you back until you chase up to find out. I had to get my own rental car as they did not care enough to provide a courtesy car.
I could go on and on but its not worth wasting more time !

Not trusted
I was quoted £800 for a service all in and was told it didn't need spark plugs... Whilst it was being serviced they rang me to say it needed spark plugs to keep the warranty and that it was a extra £700 a total rip off... Finally after complaining they changed me a extra £320. I knew I shouldn't of used this dealership as on a previous Porsche they charged me for a replacement aux belt but didn't do the work, so did they change my plugs on this visit. You pay over £1k and don't even get a vehicle health check

had my car recalled for 5 times for battery issue during 2 years for my taycan gts, communication and service is not up to the standard you would expected from Porsche, wrote a complain email to management team to report the experience, did not even get a formal reply from them, very disappointed.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experiences with your service department. While I have always found your staff to be lovely and have no complaints about their demeanor, I have encountered several issues with the service department's operations.
Specifically, I have experienced unreturned calls, incomplete work under guarantee, and a request to service my car that had already been completed two months prior.

Outrageous EV service costs
Friendly, prompt service undermined by extortionate first service costs, which when coupled with crippling depreciation should make you think twice before looking at new Porsche. EV's have regen breaking, leading to lower brake wear, and therefore a scheduled brake fluid change on a 1st service also feels like a cynical way to justify further charges.

I had an issue with my air conditioning…
I had an issue with my air conditioning unit not blowing cold air. My car is under warranty so I called Porsche assist who sent a chap over who did various tests which he emailed to Porsche Sutton Coldfield and also booked my car to be seen by them. He told me exactly what a chap from an independent garage told me that there’s a fault with the unit and it’s not taking the air conditioning gas in.
A couple of days later I had a call from the dealers asking if I’m prepared to pay £380 to diagnose the issue.!! I was confused and tried explaining why would I pay if my car is under warranty and that all diagnostics should be carried out under this warranty however they insisted that to do the tests I needed to pay which I don’t understand. I bought my car back as I’m not prepared to pay this amount as I believe I’m being conned. I had a very similar issue with my Audi Q8 and they covered it all under my warranty. The experience with Porsche has put me off buying another in the future.
Just an update another Porsche service centre fixed the issue without even mentioning of any charges as the warranty did cover the fault as I assumed.
