Great company - ordered 50 sqm of Luxor Beige for my outside paving. It has brightened up my garden and looks super smart. Rebecca in the customer service team was super helpful in answering all my questions - thank you!

Customer service is fabulous! Contacted them for advice before ordering patio stone, directed to a product I had not considered which looks amazing now it's down. I needed to return the grout, as landscaper used his own. Service to support return of the grout was great and the refund was processed quickly. Would highly recommend, Jamie was lovely!

I cannot recommend this company more highly. From our very first enquiry requesting samples to reimbursing us for a couple of broken tiles after delivery, every single interaction (and there were lots!!) was first class .....oh, and the actual tiles we purchased (Stamford limestone) are of excellent quality, were easy to lay and look fabulous if you are looking for a rustic finish to a country kitchen.

Honestly from the beginning to the end brilliant experience. From choosing the tiles and getting our samples to ordering bigger samples which we only paid for delivery and even that was very reasonable to finally ordering it all and getting it delivered. Service was honestly painless and we had lovely Rebecca help up through it all. Will definitely use again and would highly recomment 👍👍👍

Absolutely fantastic service, hassle free and efficient. I was 7 slabs short, when going back on the website to order more it appeared they were discontinued and no longer advertised. I called the company and spoke with Matthew P. He was brilliant and quickly checked if any stock had been held back, he explained that they usually hold some to cover for breakages and exactly my situation. Within 10 minutes I had 7 more slabs sent out next day delivery and batch numbers checked to ensure they were exactly the same. Would highly recommend.

Tiles were exactly as we hoped and priced so well compared to others. The team were really helpful and thankfully local to us so allowed us to collect some tiles when we had to reorder a few extra. Our friend loved our tiles so much that she chose the same for in her house! We will definitely be using again for our next bathroom renovation!

Ordered the tiles in the sale, so had a bargain to start with. Delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful. We had 6 pallets of tiles delivered and they were very well wrapped up. On unpacking, we found that 5 tiles were damaged. On contacting the company, Andrea responded almost immediately and we agreed a refund rather than replacement, as we had over ordered a little. Brilliant customer service from start to finish, highly recommend.

What a brilliant company to work with! Andrea has great knowledge and helped us pick the right tile for our conservatory, we picked the Versailles Chic Brown wood effect porcelain tile and look perfect! We did spring a lead time on them that was impossible (only a couple of days) so we arranged collection via our tiler who they also recommended to us! All in all a great experience with this company and would highly recommend! Definitely going back to them for our next tiling project!

I cannot fault the service and support I have received from stone super store. Matthew has been phenomenal. My builders have created so many issues and every time Matthew bent over backwards to help and support us. Genuinely he has made a very difficult project much easier by adapting the delivery dates, adding more to the order. I have just had to add more to my order and again he’s gone out of his way. 10/10 for service value and quality.

Spoke with Matthew during sales process and customer service emails. Only had one damaged tile at the bottom of one of three pallets. That's 1 out of 82. The tiles were really well packaged and delivery was fantastic. Can't fault this company, tiles were on a keen price for summer sale and look great in my garden. Highly recommend stonesuperstore.

Every single tile was chipped at the edges. No information under product description. Misleading customers and charging half price for returning it. Not recommending it.

I ordered a fairly large quantity of tiles, which initially was more stock than was available, but Rebecca worked with me to make sure we could tile each area with the same batch for colour consistency, and was super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.

This was the second time that I had ordered from Stone Superstore as I was pleased with my first order earlier this year. Everything exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately the delivery was a little late but Mark and Andrea quickly sorted the problem out with the delivery company, it was just due to scheduling. Would purchase again.

So you look on website
Choose a tile
Send for a sample (on the back it says there could be a variation of shades)
Not a problem light grey or dark grey would be perfect)

Until the full size tiles arrive which are blue/grey🤔🤷

Now that’s not a variation in tone that’s a completely different colour

And to be told that it’s natural light reflecting off a blue wall just insults your intelligence especially when you’re a hair colour expert !! And it’s my perception of tone 🤔 um no they are blue

I have a general builder here atm and three people installing windows who all said they are blue grey
And then to be told that there could be a variation in colour from batch to batch
I wouldn’t mind if they were grey but they most deffinatly are not.

Clearly the ladies are used to dealing with sort of thing as they have thrown every excuse at me
Natural light is different to indoor light and ……blah blah a well oiled machine
I really am so disappointed that you go through all of this
Book in the person to lay the tiles only to either have to send them back at your own expense or use them somewhere else on my property

Never ever ever again would I use a company like this

Especially when insulting my colour perception !!! When clearly you can see from the pictures I sent what the tiles really look like

And anyone who would like to see the discrepancy in colour feel free to wattsapp me and I’ll be happy to show anyone the difference in colours from website to reality before making a purchase from this company

Absolutely superb from start to finish.
Tiles I wanted were initially out of stock but Jamie-Lee went above and beyond to get them to me. Super efficient in terms of keeping me up to date on every step, from arriving at the depot to then being shipped out asap to me.
Genuinely so helpful in every sense.
Tiles themselves are amazing quality and by far the cheapest place I could find.
Delivery was also superb, driver was literally the happiest guy ever!
All in all, an absolutely superb experience from start to finish and I would 100% recommend.

I bought alot of porclean paving slabs had to be delivered on 6 or 7 deliveries some of them were broken i phoned Jamie who is excellent on the phone very helpfull changed all the slabs no problems got a fair price for the quantity bought. Would buy from them again all good as far as i am concerned

Excellent customer service, with fabulous tiles. We wanted a large quantity and so I made enquiries into a 'trade' discount. They were willing to help me in this regard and I dealt with just one member of staff. So, every message, delay, question etc was dealt with by Matthew Pedley. Absolute great customer service from him, I can not thank him enough for all his patience. He was polite, knowledgeable and always responded quickly. I would thoroughly recommend this company for the quick delivery (once we finally made our minds up), customer service was second to none and we've had no reason to contact after delivery as everything was perfect.
The tiles were excellent quality and look amazing. I'm thrilled with them
