There is no issue with the tiles we ordered, nor had we any problems with how quickly the tiles were delivered.

However, the two small boxes of tiles (in total 2sqm) have been delivered on this massive pallet. It looked ridiculous - two small and relatively light boxes (I could lift both of them in one go) on a massive pallet, which was easily 3 times heavier that the tiles themselves. Of course delivery company wouldn't take the pallet, so I had to saw it up and take it to the recycling centre. That totally spoiled my experience with Stone Superstore.

Easy to navigate website and place order. Great being able to order samples, to ensure we chose the perfect tile for us. On time delivery and securely packaged. We love how the tiles look in our garden, superb quality and exactly what we had in mind. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service, we ordered a lot of samples and chose the tile we wanted, delivery was fast and the tiles were gorgeous, we needed an extra tile which was sent straight away and the sales lady was friendly and efficient, would highly recommend Stonesuperstore

From the sample ordering, to visiting the Wilmslow showroom and being flexible on delivery for 125 sq. m of tiles, Stone Superstore have looked after us all the way, even when we had to change delivery dates, due to our builders schedule changing. When my paving arrived a few had been broken in transit . I spoke to Rebecca from stone superstore and she was brilliant in dealing with the problem and had replacements delivered to me within 48 hrs . Amazing customer service and will use again

The service was amazing, the quality of the paving is brilliant. Was so easy to get exactly what I wanted and it has transformed my garden. They offer such a range of choices and was good to see them all to know exactly what I wanted. staff were lovely and always on hand to answer any questions and ensure it was a smooth process.
