Ordered tiles online and when arrived was really happy with them but noticed 3 tiles had been damaged, emailed with photos of damage and they sent replacement tiles the same day. I was contacted by aman and was very easy to deal with and the issue was resolved very quickly. Over all great experience and great quality tiles

Went in to Peterborough store today and bought external porcelain slabs
Great selection on show. Staff were helpful and friendly looking forward to getting my delivery and my nice garden

Disappointing Aftersales & Escalations Experience
What began as a very positive in-store experience with Royale Stones quickly turned into an extremely frustrating and disappointing situation once the order was delivered.
The tiles supplied were clearly not the same as those displayed in the showroom. While the aftersales team repeatedly claimed this was simply a “different batch,” the variation was so significant that the tiles were visibly mismatched and unsuitable for the intended design. This was not a minor variation—it was effectively a different product to what we agreed to purchase.

This issue caused delays to our project and resulted in additional contractor costs, which were incurred entirely due to Royale Stones’ failure to supply tiles consistent with what was shown at the point of sale.
While the Aftersales and Escalations teams eventually admitted the discrepancy and offered a replacement, their handling of the situation was extremely poor:
They refused to accept meaningful responsibility beyond offering a replacement
They dismissed any request for reasonable compensation, despite acknowledging the issue
They relied heavily on generic policies rather than addressing the real impact on the customer
Communication felt defensive and dismissive, especially from the Escalations Team and After Sales Services department
At no point was there a genuine effort to reach a fair or balanced resolution. Instead, the approach taken was rigid and unhelpful, leaving us to absorb costs that arose directly from their error.
This experience raises serious concerns about the credibility and integrity of Royale Stones, particularly when it comes to:
Honouring what is presented in-store
Taking accountability when things go wrong
Providing a customer-focused aftersales service
I would strongly caution others: the service you receive in-store does not reflect the support you’ll get if something goes wrong. Based on our experience, once payment is made, the aftersales support is severely lacking.
Overall, this has been a stressful, costly, and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend relying on Royale Stones for projects where consistency and aftersales support are important.

Came to visit the Peterborough showroom today and was very surprised that all the products we’d seen online were in stock. Trina was really helpful in making sure we had the right amount we needed and colouring matching to our preference.

Manish was first class answering all my questions via WhatsApp before placing my order.

So far so good. Customer services excellent and responsive particularly Manish who I had contact with via WhatsApp prior to ordering.

The customer service has been excellent and made the ordering process really easy and straightforward compared to other places I looked at.

Royals stones are very good but let down by their delivery service which didn’t come the day they said , I was told on the phone they would be there in 20 mins but they never arrived that day even so they lied
