We have ordered tiles from this company three times now and they have been brilliant each time. The free samples they send are large, which makes it much easier to choose the right ones for your project. Also, on a couple of occasions we've needed to contact them for advice or to change an order and they've been incredibly helpful. We also found them really competitively priced when comparing them with other companies selling similar or, in some cases, identical products.

Great customer service experience, I had two pallets delivered and unfortunately a couple of breakages during transit despite being expertly packaged. No problem for the team to rectify and replacements received within 48 hours. Rebecca was brilliant.

First of all, the free samples you get from this company are large, which helps a lot in selecting the right one! All samples were beautiful and of excellent quality and the ones we decided to go with for our bathroom turned out to be amazing! Also the customer support is amazing, many thanks to Jamie!

The samples were quick. The tiles delivered were of a good quality & thickness (even the builders were impressed). Big bonus: great after-sales service through delivery and general helpfulness.

I bought some LVT tiles off this company. I made several calls before purchasing them and each time I was treated politely and with respect and all my questions answered clearly and to my satisfaction. I collected the tiles from their warehouse and once again the customer service was exemplary - making me feel a valued customer even though my order was only a small one. The tiles are now down in the kitchen and look great - at a great price too. Thanks.

Ordered over 100sqm of flagstones and whilst there were some issues with a number of broken ones, Matt dealt with this promptly and didn’t hold us up. Brilliant!

I ordered beautiful tiles which were delivered to Liverpool, this was really straightforward and none of the tiles were broken. Andrea from Stone Superstore was highly responsive and helpful. She deserves five stars! What was disappointing was the number of breakages caused by the delivery people. Altogether, we had nine tiles broken. This caused inconvenience, as I had to keep providing photos as evidence of the damages that occurred as the tiler took them out one by one. The tiler got concerned as he was anxious to get the job done. On top of that we discovered we were sent insufficient grout, so I had to pay for that at extra cost through Amazon. Andrea approved the replacement and included an extra two tiles at no cost to us which was appreciated.

Great company. I have ordered tiles for my bathroom, kitchen and utility from Stone Superstore, Matt who works for them has always been on hand to help me with any queries with a speedy and friendly response. Love both tiles we have ordered, delivery was prompt and packaged well. Definitely recommend this company and Matt and have shared details onto friends doing renovations.

We purchased the limestone effect porcelain tiles from stone superstore as part of our renovation. We are over the moon with the tiles and everyone who visits comments on how lovely they are. We can’t wait to start the next stage of our project and will be looking at the matching outdoor tiles for the patio.
