Customer service has been absolutely out of this world from Jamie & the team. Had a slightly unusual order for a project and this was not a problem at all, in fact Jamie took the time to phone me and help me with suggestions in order to figure out what stone would be best.

The process was made so seamless without a hiccup and the stone arrived in a matter of days!

One tile we ordered was damaged, which can happen but Rebecca was fantastic in sorting a replacement as quickly as possible with no fuss. She was also good enough to help us choose the right grout to match. Excellent service.

We've ordered tiles from Stone Superstore several times now, and every time the quality has been absolutely amazing. Their products have transformed our spaces, and we couldn't be happier with how everything looks. More recently, I realised I needed a few extra tiles from a previous order that were no longer available online, but Mathew went out of his way to help. He was incredibly helpful and managed to source the exact tiles I needed — outstanding customer service. Highly recommend both the products and the team!

Ordered 50m2 of large porcelain tiles. They arrived promptly and delivered by very professional courier. Despite having a gravel drive, the courier did his best to get them as close to the house as possible, contacting me before hand, letting me know he was on his way. The pallets were delivered and on opening unfortunately two of the tiles on the outside were broken. I contacted stone superstore just to inform them (as an fyi, because I was confident I had enough). In any event they still contacted me back, and offered a replacement of the large tiles or bag of grout as a replacement, which they have promptly dispatched! Absolutely fantastic, prompt and efficient service that should fill future customers with total confidence in this fantastic company. Thank you!

I looked at multiple sites for the right kitchen floor tiles and Stone Superstore had some really lovely, distinctive ones I didn't see anywhere else. High quality, good price and fast service. Impressed.

From my very first contact with Stone Superstore through to delivery and aftercare, the service was absolutely impeccable. They sent me several free samples, and when the product I originally wanted wasn’t available, they recommended an even better alternative—which I now absolutely love!

The delivery process was smooth, with a very helpful driver who went above and beyond to place the pallets of tiles in a convenient spot for me. The tiles themselves are of excellent quality and now sit proudly in my kitchen and office space.

We were very impressed with stone superstore. After looking at a huge variety of outdoor tiles online, we ordered some free samples which were delivered very quickly. We then decided we would like a cobbled border for our patio so we visited the Wilmslow Stone Store showroom to see how the border would look against our chosen tile. Daniel helped us and was very informative, answering all of our questions. The store is laid out beautifully with a huge selection of tiles from the website. We placed our order and then rang up closer to the time we wanted our tiles delivered. Staff on the phone were very helpful and communication throughout delivery was great. We love our tiles and will definitely order from here again in the future.

We visited the store to browse and select porcelain tiles. Daniel was helpful and the chap gave is advice RE: grout and 'slurry' for the tiles. Pleasant transaction.

We were really impressed with Stone Superstore. Firstly we ordered samples online, free of charge, which arrived the next day. It was then easy to order our patio tiles over the phone. Mathew was really helpful and flexible with delivery dates. A couple of the tiles arrived chipped but again Mathew was great and offered a refund or to replace them. Brilliant to have such quick responses to emails, friendly staff on the phone and great customer service. We would definitely order from here again. The tiles are beautiful too!

We ordered a mixture of porcelain tiles and LVT flooring. The team were really helpful with advice on amounts to purchase as well as going the extra mile with a query I had about delivery. The product is really good, but the team were the stars as they made quite a big order feel really easy to purchase and get delivered!

Arranged delivery to suit my timeline, delivery driver most helpful managing to get the tiles outside my house which I didn't expect.
Unfortunately had a few faulty tiles which I received replacements for within 48 hours (- thank you Jamie).

Great quality tiles. My house looks amazing with the Kensington white antique effect porcelain stone looking tiles, and the cost was so reasonable! Great customer service too.

I am very pleased with everything from the swift response to my initial (on-line) contact, the support with measurements and some very samples, right up to placing my order and delivery. The tiles for my kitchen look amazing and I certainly recommend this company to anybody for their excellent customer service and excellent product.
