Great prices on a huge range of products.
I was initially concerned placing an order reading some of the reviews re delivery issues. But I found a paving slab for an amazing price, all aspects went very smoothly, slabs arrived very well packed, no damage and on the delivery date I requested. Because of the reviews re delivery I did call the day before delivery was due, and the lady on the phone laughed and said, “who knows? We’ve had a lot of issues with our couriers” which I found rather unnerving!
But all arrived on time

From my first visit to the Wilmslow store and warehouse, the service has been excellent all round and certainly didn’t disappoint. The team are brilliant — responsive, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. There’s a real family feel both in the store and at the warehouse.

Delivery was prompt and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The tiles are lovely, excellent quality, and I’m so pleased with them — especially after the mayhem I had with a previous builder.

My experience with the Stone Superstore has been fantastic. In fact, the service all around has been superb.
I saw a tile online and ordered a sample. I loved it. I didn’t need many, enough for a small bathroom, so it was a small order. The staff at the Stone Superstore have been wonderful. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been super helpful. An extra hurrah for Jamie-Lee, who has gone out of her way to help me, even when I had to call her, after the work had started, to order extra tiles because I hadn’t ordered enough! She was brilliant. She is a credit to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Stone Superstore and will certainly use them again for future projects.
My bathroom, by the way, looks beautiful. I wasn’t looking forward to having it done because of the upheaval in my small house. But now that it’s over, of course it was worth it!

Hugely impressed. I spoke to Rebecca on 2nd Sept to order some tiles which were showing as out of stock online. She checked and some were due shortly. As promised she sent me a link to pay as the billing address was different to the delivery address which was very simple to use. I was contacted the next day to say they had come in and we arranged delivery for 4th Sept. Conversations were confirmed via email each time and the attention to detail regarding delivery was very professional, checking the ease of delivery for the driver and customer. She made the purchase very straightforward and simple. If only all companies were the same.

Visited the Middleton warehouse to choose tiles for a fireplace hearth. Service was outstanding from beginning to end. I visited the Wilmslow store and found a tile I loved. Ana was a huge help in placing the order and arranging collection for me. Everyone at the warehouse was super friendly and helpful when I went to collect. And the tiles were fitted within the week and look beautiful! Highly recommend for brilliant service and a beautiful product.

I spent hours trawling the internet for patio tiles and found an excellent selection at StoneSuperstore. I requested samples, which arrived promptly. The online ordering process was smooth and easy to navigate. I decided to change my paving selection and the company couldn’t have been more helpful. The delivery was quick and the items were taken from the lorry to a preferred storage point without any quibbles. Dealing with the various staff members on the phone was a joy- they were responsive and helpful at all stages including a customer care follow up call to check everything was ok. And of course…we are delighted with our paving which was purchased at a very competitive price. Thoroughly recommend!

What an amazing company to deal with. I only post a review for companies with 5 star performances. You only know how good a company is when things don't go to plan. Stone superstore went out of their way to help us with an issue that we had (not caused by them). They were amazing .. We have renovated houses for 20 years and its a long time since I've had service like this. First time of using and would 100% recommend this company. Top products and top service - every bit as good as the luxury suppliers of outdoor paving and their prices are very good too. Well done.

I can highly recommend this company. Rebecca has been amazing throughout. My order was delivered on time but there were a few damages. Rebecca managed to resolve those issues swiftly & professionally. Beautiful tiles & even better service! I'll be back for my future tiling needs.

What kind of company charges a £50 admin fee and £82 delivery fee for any refunds?! Is this returns policy even legal?
Absolutely outrageous customer service, I would avoid using these rip-off merchants - the tiles aren’t anything special and you can get the same cheaper elsewhere with actual customer service!

update: I have posted a Google review which includes a screenshot of their email correspondence to confirm this was a genuine order and reply from their customer services, as their below response is clearly trying to suggest I’m not a real customer - ridiculous

It's rare i leave a good review but i couldn't miss this opportunity to highlight a member of the Customer Service team!

I made an order late at night for bathroom tiles and realised after i placed the order i wanted to add an extra 2 tiles to my order. I sent the team immediately an email to inform them i would like to add an additional 2 tiles to my order that's due to be delivered Monday (I placed the order Wednesday evening) and their customer service team called me the next morning to confirm my additional order and took the payment over the phone which saved so much additional hassle and it was so stress free and easy and Jamie the customer service agent was BEYOND lovely! Probably the nicest customer services person i have actually ever spoken to at a company and she deserves the praise, very personable and patient and all round very lovely to speak to and i got the outcome i wanted without paying additional delivery fees and i really appreciate their help and assistance! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

The girls in the shop in Wilmslow were very helpful without being pushy. Then Jamie was amazing handling the order and all my questions. The tiles are beautiful and under half the price of similar ones I previously bought. Great service, great product, great price!
