I was so impressed by the company, particularly for how swift they were in processing the financing of my car. Iam now driving and very happy.

They are also quite flexible on considering individuals with credit score that are not too good. It’s not everyone who has a credit score that is not impressive that is incapacitated to pay back the loan.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a friend to them.

I can recommend Startline Motor Finance. I recently secured a refinance deal with them after Lloyds refused to refinance my car, despite my 4-year tenure and consistent payment history. Straightforward and speedy in getting it all set up.

They made the process straight forward not stressful at all.

My experience with Startline Motor Finance has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I financed a vehicle through them and the car has now failed its first MOT since I purchased it due to serious faults, including severe corrosion. The vehicle has been off the road since April, leaving me without use of the car while still dealing with finance payments, inspection costs, MOT costs, towing costs, and the stress of trying to resolve the matter.

In my view, the vehicle was faulty and not fit for purpose. The repair costs are expected to run into several thousands of pounds, yet Startline have refused to offer meaningful help or take responsibility.

What makes this worse is that Startline suggested using independent inspectors, but the inspection outcome relied heavily on what I believe was a seriously mistaken mileage position. It was treated as though the vehicle had done around 30,000 miles in one year, which was then used to justify the serious corrosion and faults. I believe this has unfairly affected the outcome, because the car failed its first MOT after I bought it and the level of corrosion suggests there were serious underlying issues.

Despite raising a complaint and providing evidence, including the MOT failure and reports, I feel Startline have been dismissive and have failed to properly consider the fact that this was the first MOT since purchase and that the car has suffered major faults so soon.

I have been left with a car I cannot use, significant financial loss, and no proper support from the finance company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Startline Motor Finance.

Startline a good company but I did have problems as I had to call up so many times not startline's fault as they didn't get my information passed through from another company to get processed to get my finance sorted out for to get my car and to sort out my payment it's all scheme sorted out now the staff is helpful and excellent customer services keep up the good work.

And aftercare team are brilliant and get back to me straight away,

Everything was explained to me by Shantelle @ greenlight who is brilliant at her job, she is an asset to the company and deserves a promotion. i will recommend her to my friends and family she is the very best ! and made the whole process very smooth from the start ! I now have my Toyota CHR and the car and is beautiful.
