Ordering on their website is straightforward and easy, and you can't deny the prices are really keen. However, having ordered for delivery 2 days later it's all gone a bit wrong, Evri didn't deliver my parcel, I tried to speak to SD directly doing my best to avoid the AI customer service bot that kept giving me incorrect information, and was advised there were 124 people in front of me in the queue and it would be 2-3 hours minimum wait. I switched my complaint to Evri who have at least tried to help, although they can't find my parcel. SD whilst acknowledging my complaint email have done nothing to help or support. All very disappointing.

Well we're a week on and Evri are now telling me my parcel is delayed, rather than lost, and SD still ignoring every email and complaint. A match made in hell.

SD have now refunded me, but the whole process was painful and stressful, maybe Mr Ashley would do better spending his time fixing the customer service experience of his own empire than lecturing governments about high street strategy.

Sports Direct in Huntingdon provides the worst customer service I can recall. The staff are slow, surly and present as disinterested. I went in today to buy a £60 football shirt and walked out in disgust without purchasing anything. I had to ask for someone to serve me and another customer after waiting for several minutes at the desk. My queries were then met with little more than ‘grunts’ - not a friendly word or gesture throughout.
I went home and ordered online - free postage and a cheaper price.
I won’t be bothering again.

Mi experiencia ha sido horrible. Primeramente intenté cancelar un pedido que acaba de hacer por equivocación y no lo gestionaron. Pagué los 12€ de envío. A todo esto, tuve que devolverlo y no hay ninguna forma de contactar con nadie. NO ME DEVUELVEN EL DINERO DESPUÉS DE 15 días.

Pequeño defecto estético en el producto, pero siendo coherente era el último par del último número y teniendo en cuenta la rebaja de precio respecto a la web oficial y otros canales de venta sigo recomendándolo.

Extremely poor refund service — 24 days and still waiting

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Sports Direct.

My return was received by Sports Direct on 1 August, yet I still have not received my refund or even an “Order cancelled” confirmation.

Over the last 10 days, I have contacted customer service FOUR times. Every single time, I have been told to “wait 48–72 hours” because the matter supposedly needs to be investigated. No meaningful update, no explanation and no resolution.

I waited the first 48–72 hours as instructed. Nothing happened. I contacted them again, was told to wait another 48–72 hours, and the same thing has happened repeatedly. At this point, “wait 48–72 hours” appears to be nothing more than a way of delaying customers rather than actually resolving the issue.

Sports Direct has already confirmed that they received my return, so I don’t understand why it is taking this long simply to process a refund. Their own stated timeframe is 14 days, and that has already been exceeded.

I have been patient and cooperative, but 24 days after my return was received and after FOUR contacts with customer service, I am still no closer to getting my money back.

This is an extremely frustrating and unacceptable way to treat a customer. I don’t expect customers to repeatedly chase a company for money they are owed.

Now I am thinking that sports direct has scammed me . This is against the UK laws what they are doing to customers.

Sports Direct needs to stop asking me to wait and actually resolve this.

El envío tarda mucho. Es muy difícil acceder al servicio de atención al cliente aunque una vez accedido en mi caso me atendieron correctamente.
Si necesitas hacer una devolución tienes que pagar cinco euros de gastos de envío, y tardan casi tres semanas en el reembolso. No me apetece repetir experiencia, sinceramente

Everything about this company is poor.
Can't change or cancel an order even if within 24 hrs of placing.
Customer service is automated bot with limited capability.
Charge for store delivery and online purchases cannot be returned to stores only at our headers own cost.
Never ever again...

Pésimo todo. Se equivocan de talla y me hacen pagar el envío nuevamente para la devolución. No recomiendo nunca más

Buena presentación de los productos y ofertas

No me gusta este establecimiento, si te arrepientes de una compra no devuelve el dinero

Resuelven rápido lo único malo es un lío lo de rastreo del paquete

I bought 2 pairs of the sports shoes: Reax 8 TR Men's Workout Shoes and another similar pair. After a week of wearing the shoes, they started making a very loud noise whenever I took a step on the walk, and this is very bothering me.

Id stay away from this company, awfull customer service and support post purchase

It's been 6 months and on going with the useless IT department trying to stop emails from being sent to me about an issue that was resolved 100% over 6 months ago. I have been getting vever ending emails telling me to phone a premium number to resolve the issue. The issue IS resolved. I don't need any more emails, but they keep coming. I've had literally over a hundred and no matter who I complain to, the issue of getting unwanted emails remains. All over an online return that was fully refunded! Utterly incompetant schoolboy IT department. Actually. if it were run by schoolkids, I expect they would get to the root of the problem in a flash.

Pedi un 39 y en el segundo mail que me mandaron vi que ponía 40, les escribí diciendo que por favor tomaran nota de la talla correcta que yo habia pedido porque el 40 no es la mia y aún así me llegó la zapatilla en esa talla. Decepcionada y no volveré a comprar en esta página.
