I received a pair of bowling shoes on Tuesday 11th August. Both have faults with the insoles which are clearly too big for the shoes but have been forced in anyway and glued down. As they are glued down they can't be rectified. One has a folded over bit at the toe end and the other has hump half way down the shoe. I completed the online form on 11th August asking for a returns label as the shoes are faulty and unusable and have heard absolutely nothing. The Chat (bot) facility is useless as it can't understand what I am trying to say and thinks I'm checking when an order will be received. This is a scam company sending out crap goods and not responding to people when they raise an issue. It's impossible to find a phone number which makes you realise they don't want anything to do with their customers. I will have to send the shoes back at my cost which really hacks me off but its the only way I'll get a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

made my order everything was in stock until i had an email saying they have cancelled one of the items because they we're apparently out of stock even though before buying there was nothing saying out of stock

Un desastre.. no con SportsDirect directamente pero si con las empresas de transporte que utilizan que hacen que la experiencia al final sea negativa. Ni solo cuenta el servicio de la tienda, es toda la cadena hasta que el producto llega al cliente. No me entregaron el producto a tiempo y lo devolvieron directamente por reclamo de SportsDirect. Lo que no puede ser es que los clientes paguemos gastos de envío y tengamos que ir a recoger los productos a la nave del transportista. TIPSA -> subcontrata a GLODISPA en Santander.. no funcionan

La entrega se ha retrasado mucho.
No estoy satisfecho con la información sobre el retraso de la entrega. A día de hoy 15/08/2026 no se ha entregado la mercancia

No se ha cumplido la fecha estimada de entrega, no se ha propuesto nueva fecha ni sé donde se encuentra mi producto. Escasa transparencia y mala gestión de los tiempos.
