Unfortunately, sports direct always miss the mark when buying online. Package arrived late because they use Evri and then when it did arrive box was completely crushed. The bix was crushed but fortunately the football boots were okay. Would I buy from them again ? if I had a choice no !

El pedido no ha llegado en el día señalado y de momento no sé nada de él. Del producto todavía imposible opinar.

I asked them to cancel the order just one hour after placing it because it was a gift and I had ordered the wrong size. They never replied and shipped the order anyway. Now I have to return it and pay the return shipping costs myself.

Terrible communication with customer service. I would not recommend buying from this store.

The warrior shoes theirselves are of good quality and comfortable

Ordered from them recently and find their sizing inaccurate. Also felt the postage cost for receipt and also for returning an item was high. Won’t order from them again.

I am giving Sports Direct 3 stars. I didn't receive my order, but Sports Direct refunded me straight away once Evri said they didn't know where my parcel was.

El personal de la tienda de avenida de Velazquez ( málaga ) no valen ni para esconderse . Valiente cuadrilla!!!!

Whilst there is a good selection of sports clothing online, it is very difficult and costly to return online shopping. The order is frequently split with different deliveries. The one order is then treated as multiple orders. You then have to pay for a return label per order, if you end up returning two items which were delivered separately, this is two charges.

Do not buy on line from these guys.
No customer service.
There’s a robot obviously useless then it puts you in a queue of 280 that goes down and goes back up lol.
Never received my parcel from Evri it’s been over a week.
No human contact at all!!!!

Porque siempre responden y facilitan los encargos

Ordering on their website is straightforward and easy, and you can't deny the prices are really keen. However, having ordered for delivery 2 days later it's all gone a bit wrong, Evri didn't deliver my parcel, I tried to speak to SD directly doing my best to avoid the AI customer service bot that kept giving me incorrect information, and was advised there were 124 people in front of me in the queue and it would be 2-3 hours minimum wait. I switched my complaint to Evri who have at least tried to help, although they can't find my parcel. SD whilst acknowledging my complaint email have done nothing to help or support. All very disappointing.

Well we're a week on and Evri are now telling me my parcel is delayed, rather than lost, and SD still ignoring every email and complaint. A match made in hell.

SD have now refunded me, but the whole process was painful and stressful, maybe Mr Ashley would do better spending his time fixing the customer service experience of his own empire than lecturing governments about high street strategy.
