Terrible store layout. No information on all the different rackets/padels they have. Never bother to get any pickleball padels in despite it being a popular sport. Don't be surprised if people go to Amazon etc.
Have bought it to their attention how my local store could improve but nothing has changed.

Teníamos la misma zapatilla en otro color y cogimos otras iguales en azul. Pero tuvimos que devolver el producto porque tallaba muy pequeño. No lo entiendo, siendo la misma. La devolución me pareció muy cara

Their returns policy is an absolute joke. They do not honour the 12 months manufacturer guarantee. Bought a pair of Under Armour golf shoes in September 2025. After 7 months the sole on one shoe detached from the upper. They did not consider this a manufacturer defect and rejected my claim for a replacement or refund.
Will not buy anything from them again

Estoy muy contenta con Sport Direct, desde la atención al cliente para preguntar antes de hacer el pedido, me ayudaron mucho a resolver mis dudas, la información de los tiempos del reparto y la llegada del producto, todo perfecto!! Seguiré comprando en esta web y la recomiendo sin duda. Gracias!

If you do not wish to purchase any goods from them in future you are being denied your consumer rights. After a bad exerience with a returned item I have made a formal complaint in their livro de reclamacoes. This costs them a considerable sum and if enough people follow suit they may change their policy.

Buenos días, realicé la compra el día 22/4/26 y page los portes 11,99€ para que la entrega fuese más rápida. Se suponía que tenía que llegar entre los días 25 o 26 de abril y estamos a día 28/4/26 y no recibí el pedido. Podrían informarme que es lo que sucede? Gracias.

Muy buen precio

I bought a pair of snow gloves a hat and a snowsuit on line from sports direct when the package arrived there was no snowsuit instead I received 2single duvet bed sets
I contacted sports direct who said they had packed the snow suit and there was nothing they could do even though the package I received weighed 339 grams the snow suit alone would weigh at least 1kg
I was basically told I was lying I am no out of pocket £129.99 I have asked on 2 occasions how to return the bed sets and they have not replied
Terrible company would never buy from them again

Shopping was good if only it had been delivered, DPD returned my items back to Sports Direct.

I bought about 8 items of same size from sport direct, 3 of the items were extremely small despite choosing same size for all. I tried to return the 3 faulty items and I’m been asked to pay £.4.99 as return courier. Why should I pay to return items that were different from how it was described on website. I sent an email to their customer service but not response for almost 78 hours now. It’s a shame that I have been a loyal customer for years but how Sport direct treats after sales issues is really very unethical and disappointing and despicable
