Good service

I have a SunJoe steamer that is out of warranty. SunJoe no longer sells a replacement and to help maintain the relationship they sent me a 15% off voucher to use with future purchases.

Sun Joe lost a Customer

No one returned my email or phone calls.
I was looking to add to my Sun Joe system, but will now go to EGO system. They respond to customer service request. I regret committing to a Sun Joe system they are just not a smart company.

I have still had no resolution or help…

I have still had no resolution or help with my issue. And because I didn’t answer on Christmas Day it seems my case was closed. As I sent the pictures requested in a few days after the holiday when I recieved the email and I have had no response since and it’s been over a week and a half. I used to brag about this snowjoe, now with it breaking after only a few uses and the customer service not responding but this is the 3rd request I got for a review. It all just seems so tacky and very shady. Terrible customer support for a defective item

Too many things to list

Too many things to list. You don’t carry replacement parts. Had to wait over 2 years before you would give me a credit. Poor phone system. Your call center is overseas. No way to talk to anyone in the States.

The overall reviews on your company are terrible and corporate does not care.

Not happy with customer service.

My SJ619E started emitting a burning smell while I was using it. I immediately stopped and tried to look up my account. But, snowjoe.com had been changed to shopjoe.com and there was no way to log in. I called them and was told to use a different extension cord (I had been using the same gauge cord for years with no issues). They offered me 15% off a new one. Big deal!

No response from company after online and email inquiries.…

Your company never got back to me after I made an online inquiry and then emailed you the same question. I emailed a few times and never heard from anyone. I was given a ticket number in an initial email from you, however, there was no follow-up.

I decided to call after sending multiple emails which included the ticket number. The person who helped me was great and my issue was resolved. However, your company should have told me to call in your first email to me.

I called due to a problem with a missing washer. I was told a kit with 2 assemblies would be shipped no charge. The kit arrived with 2 bolts and 2 nuts,NO washers. Is it possible to get the washer?

Batteries DIED

We purchased a snow Joe in January 2024. We used it 2 times and this year December 2025 the batteries will not charge. There is no replacement available and no offer to replace it discount a new one.

First of all

First of all, my order was sent to another state and after learning that, I asked that the order be canceled only for it to arrive at my door a few days later. Then, upon putting the lawn mower together, we realized that the two washers that connect the handle were missing. I reached out to your customer service department via sms link to let them know. Nevertheless, I still haven't heard anything back, nor have I received the two missing washers.

Buy a new machine every few years

I have an iON-18SB-HYB 18" hybrid battery and corded electric snow blower. When it was new, it has quite a bit of power when using the cord. The cordless side is a bit weak, bogs down when under load. After a few years, the battery failed. So I use it as a corded machine. The aguer blade needed replacement. It is *never* in stock at Snow Joe and they even don't know if it is back ordered. The scraper blade was broken when i hit a rock. Snow Joe said this is not a replacable spare part even the owner's manual has clear instructions on how to replace the scrapper bar. In short, Snow Joe snow blowers are disposable items. When something wears out after a few years, Snow Joe tells you to trash the old machine and gives you 15% discount to buy a new machine. If you live in Canada, Snow Jow doesn't ship to Canada even though Homedepot.ca sells it.

If i could give zer9 stars I would ...the replacement craper blade for the ion100v-21sb snowblower which is still being sold has been discontinued which makes the machine useless..company doesn't help and their Outlet Store is even worse..I spoke to Victor who claimed he had one in stock but never returned a callback and is now always unavailable..does not respond to any emails..calls or messages...I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SNOWJOE PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!

Bought a Snow Joe 24V SS13 Cordless Snow Shovel (made in China) which stopped working after four (4) uses. Contacted their customer service who said they would replace it but that they were out of stock. Followed up after couple months and still out of stock. After a couple more months of waiting, they then offered to provide a Visa gift card. Two more months have passed by with several phone calls to their customer service (in Phillipines) with no sign of the gift card they promised. Save the headache and STAY CLEAR OF SHOP JOE and their products.
