What a piece of garbage

What a piece of garbage. I bought a "top of the line" snow joe snow blower last year for this winter. After assembling it and getting ready to use it for the very first time the batteries were DOA. They wouldn't charge at all. When I contacted snow joe to get replacement batteries I was told they no longer make batteries for that snow blower. So after just one year I am now the proud owner of a $500+ paperweight.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY AGAIN !!! 🤬

The product stopped working with in few…

The product stopped working with in few months and since the product was a gift. The company denied owning the product and providing warranty support. The product was discontinued in small time and causing waste of my money as the product is no longer usable.

Item broke, unable to get parts,

Item broke, spent 30 min explaining issue and trying to get replacement part, was told parts not available, but product should be under warrantee. Chat ended after giving all info, never heard anything back about a replacement. Was told I'd receive an email, but nothing ever came.

Shady Price Matching policy

Ordered a pressure washer from Shop Joe, and less than 30 days later, the price dropped for the exact same bundle I purchased. They refused to price match because it was labeled a “TV Bundle,” even though it was identical. This feels like a tactic to avoid honoring price matches. I own several of their products, but after this experience, I won’t buy from them again. It’s small things like this that show a company’s character and drive customers away.

I bought a vacuum from you that has done a fine job. When I try to order a part that I need it’s not available and after looking in other places I find that the part has been unavailable for “years”. I will probably end up buying another vacuum cleaner but it will not be yours. This vacuum is still available so the parts must still be available. To you. Shame.

battery jammed and would not release. my neighbour confirmed he had same problem with an older model and had to continually pry it out with a screw driver.I did not want to bother and took it back and bought an EGO .

My order was cancelled

My order was cancelled even though my credit card was approved, and billing and shipping address info was correct. When I called to see why my order was cancelled, I was told that shipping address info was incorrect. I asked if I could just re-order the items and they said I could but I could not get the special pricing because the special was over.
