Received unassembled, wrong screws to fit snowblower. Customer service, needs people that speak clear English! First person was rude, not helpful, said I took snowblower apart! Asked for someone who spoker clearer, he hung up! Second person I spoke with was nice. She tried to help, gave me size of screw needed, wrong again. Size of screw that came with item was small, size she gave me was at least three sizes larger! Had to find something myself to make it work! Used it once and it stopped!!!!! Not happy but U'm 79 and I need a snowblower!

I tried both Snow Joe‘s that I paid for and were delivered and they will not start. Charge the batteries still didn’t start. Tried to call to get tech-support was on hold for at least 15 minutes and then the phone was hung up. I am very disappointed and it only solution to me is either take them back and replace them with working Snow Joe‘s or refund the money that I paid for. That would be the only way to make me satisfy with the service.

In processing my purchase, the Shop app dropped my FL address into the purchase info. Interestingly, I was not purchasing my order thru Shop but had used it some years back. Nevertheless trying to remedy this incorrect shipping address has turned out to be impossible. Tried twice using their email customer support and three times on the phone (they dump your call after holding for a while). Regardless how good the quality of their products is, I would not recommend purchasing from their website. Providing adequate customer service is requisite for operating a legitimate business.

Crappy product (snowjoe snow blower). Flimsy, used 3 times and just died. Customer service was not helpful as it fell outside the warranty. Never again. Would advise customers to spend a little more money and get quality products instead of Snow Joe.

I only used my cordless electric snowblower several times and it just stopped working. I called snowjoe and (after a long hold) they gave me troubleshooting instructions, but they didn't help. They said my warranty was up (we had no significant snow for 2 years) and there was nothing they could do.

I am writing this review in hopes it will help someone else. I purchased my Snow Joe about 3-4 years ago. I'm not sure about people saying it's just good for small driveways. I have a pretty good size driveway and live on a corner lot so I have to do the long sidewalk as well. I did the whole job in about 20 minutes, this product has saved me so much time and labor. By the way I have a cordless Snow Joe with a battery and a full charged battery is plenty for what I need. Again I have a standard size driveway, pretty large and a corner lot. It's very easy to use and much better than a gas engine. It has a light for night use and a lever you turn to shoot the snow in the direction you choose and a lever to push in like your lawn mower, push a button on the side and you are on your way.

The shovel was defective. Jessa Labiste assisted me in getting the replacement that I needed. She was very helpful. The new one came in and it is fine. Hopefully I never have to use it.

I had a cordless sprayer that stopped taking a charge… the unit was 4 mos shy of the 2 year warranty. After jumping thru 3-4 hoops, (the unit was registered the day it was delivered) SunJoe agreed to replace the unit..I am a pleased SunJoe customer

I have a SunJoe steamer that is out of warranty. SunJoe no longer sells a replacement and to help maintain the relationship they sent me a 15% off voucher to use with future purchases.

No one returned my email or phone calls.
I was looking to add to my Sun Joe system, but will now go to EGO system. They respond to customer service request. I regret committing to a Sun Joe system they are just not a smart company.

I have still had no resolution or help with my issue. And because I didn’t answer on Christmas Day it seems my case was closed. As I sent the pictures requested in a few days after the holiday when I recieved the email and I have had no response since and it’s been over a week and a half. I used to brag about this snowjoe, now with it breaking after only a few uses and the customer service not responding but this is the 3rd request I got for a review. It all just seems so tacky and very shady. Terrible customer support for a defective item

Too many things to list. You don’t carry replacement parts. Had to wait over 2 years before you would give me a credit. Poor phone system. Your call center is overseas. No way to talk to anyone in the States.
The overall reviews on your company are terrible and corporate does not care.

My SJ619E started emitting a burning smell while I was using it. I immediately stopped and tried to look up my account. But, snowjoe.com had been changed to shopjoe.com and there was no way to log in. I called them and was told to use a different extension cord (I had been using the same gauge cord for years with no issues). They offered me 15% off a new one. Big deal!

Your company never got back to me after I made an online inquiry and then emailed you the same question. I emailed a few times and never heard from anyone. I was given a ticket number in an initial email from you, however, there was no follow-up.
I decided to call after sending multiple emails which included the ticket number. The person who helped me was great and my issue was resolved. However, your company should have told me to call in your first email to me.
