Unit breaks and you're SOL

Got a unit as a Christmas gift in 2024. It broke at the beginning of this year. I had the 3 yesr warrenty. I filled out repair/replace the form for my snow shovel that stopped working completely despite the battery having a full charge. Called and left many messages with customer service. Sent emails as well as sent my complaint about being ignored to the Shopping Channel where it was purchased. Snow Joe completely ignored all my correspondence and did not honor their warrenty. I have been trying to get through to them for 5 months. I only give it 2 stars because it actually worked pretty well. But the company and customer service is awful. Do not buy any of their products. They will break down and they will not honour their warranties.

I was told that my best option was to buy a new because they don’t have those parts nor did they suggest a pace I could order the part or get the washer repaired.

Unfortunately, Sunjoe or Snowjoe as a company is very irresponsible to their customers in not providing replacement parts needed by consumers for their products. Your management is terrible.

If there was zero stars

If there was zero stars, I would’ve gave them that. I bought one of their most expensive pressure washers a few years back and has been replaced every spring. I had one that they replaced that went two or three years before it did the same thing would not power up I called them up and they suggested that I’d buy a new one. Do not buy anything from these people. Their parts are proprietary to their product. You can’t get regular parts for their products buyer beware.
