I had a lovely time with my sister at The Windsor Hotel. Was a late 60th Birthday weekend away. The accommodation was very luxurious and the breakfast was delicious.

I purchased the voucher from RedBallon and tried to use it to book Lego Land, but the QR code for tickets never arrived! I was very diasppointed, the staff there were kind enough to let us in anyway.

Unable to use voucher
Purchased voucher years ago and haven’t been able to use it. The venues keep saying they don’t have availability to accommodate our bookings and I’ve had to reschedule this voucher 4 times in order to lock one in.
