We bought the voucher and want to redeem for the next day. Called the reef magic, state the situation, and booked it successfully. The process is very smooth.
The only thing is when the next day when we buy the helicopter tickets on the boat, it's almost 70 aud more than we prebooking on the website. If next time I think I will buy from the website ahead :(

Cant use vouchers with discount codes
you dont allow vouchers to be used with discount codes. So what is point in buying vouchers as gifts. I will in future give them cash and say buy something on Red Ballooon or anything else you want. So YOU will loose out on sales by doing this. Seems really stupid to me
