Easy to navigate and great experiences
RedBalloon is easy to navigate and has a variety of options. I have reliably purchased hot air ballooning, weekend getaways, flying experiences, diving lessons, etc through there and never had an issue with redeeming. They also consistently have sales and discounts which are helpful when purchasing many things. I highly recommend.

No empathy given on expired cards
We were given Redballoon gift cards and I wasn't aware of an expiry date until I decided to use them. There was no empathy when contacting the customer centre to ask if they could extend the date or how do I get a refund. It was a NO and thanks for giving Redballoon $400.
I would not recommend Redballoon to anyone, more than happy to take my money, and now I have no experiences to look back.

The street art and food tour of Newtown…
The street art and food tour of Newtown was fun. I was a tourist in my own city and enjoyed meeting the overseas visitors on the tour. Andrew, our guide, remembered everyone's names and kept the tour moving to the right cadence and showed us food stops that I am glad to have discovred.

I’ve attempted to book the lunch cruise on several occasions to no avail, I then got a confirm booking for 20th August, and now they have cancelled. Trying to book this in between work commitments and travelling and also booked accommodation.

Very courteous staff
Very courteous staff. Attempted to fix the problem but left me unable to continue to rebook a trip.
Assistant called on Saturday but I couldn't continue that day, I was promised a recall on the following Monday. So far ( at 16:10hrs) no call as yet.

OLD SCHOOL
VERY OLD SCHOOL. Bought a 3 day theme park pass in Gold Coast.
Went to 1st one and they asked us for tickets! There was NO barcode or anything to scan in the reservation email.
I had to take screenshot of reservation and email it to the theme park and moreover they clicked out picture for verification or something!!
HOPEFULLY RED BALLOON FIX THIS SOON OR ELSE NEXT TIME WE WON’t BOOK IT OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK FROM RED BALLOON.

I truly hope no one ever buys me a Redballon Voucher ever again, worst gift I ever received. It’s so hard trying to use it. We went to Magnetic Island and stayed in the worst place ever and moved out after one night. Tried to book a hotel on the Sunshine Coast to find out because it’s peak season they don’t take bookings from Redballon.
