I was in a bit of a rush, as I needed to get the carpet cleaned before the removers arrived with my furniture into my new flat. I could get a same-day appointment at a very reasonable price, and the technician went above and beyond to remove all stains. He also took some time to explain that some stains were due to the age and usage. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and I will certainly call them again when my carpet needs a bit of love !

We’ve just had our two grubby armchairs and lounge carpet steam cleaned this morning.
Victor arrived on time and was so well organised he got to work without delay.
The result after 2 hours hard work was unbelievably brilliant and excellent value.

I recently booked prolux cleaning to clean my sofas and carpets, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! The team was punctual, professional, and very friendly from the moment they arrived.

I booked their carpet cleaning service for my mum’s carpets/rugs and spoke with a very helpful and friendly lady in their office who made everything very simple for me. Quick and reliable. Great results! The carpets were left spotless. Booked them to sort out the mess that the previous, so called professionals, left the house carpets with... Carpets had marks, dirt and not at their best after o years in the property. The team overall was efficient, booking was done quick, their customer service was great! I was looking for a local firm to deep clean a very dirty communal carpet in a 3 story building. They came and explained the whole process easily and got started. 2hrs later, i was amazed at how they treated the carpet - it was so good, with no more staines or marks, it looked like a brand new carpet had just been laid. I was very impressed

The cleaning personel was punctual, friendly and deligently did his work welll within the stated timeframe. This is a service I will definitly use again in future.

The contractor arrived on time, he was friendly and professional with a full range of carpet cleaning gear.
The job took around 40 mins and now looks like new and smelling wonderfully fresh. The carpet was totally dry within 4-5 hours. Will definately use them again

Booked them after reading 5 star review but my experience was not smooth as it should be!!
First, I was booked for the slot, but when the technician arrived, he looked at the sofa and told me that someone else will come to clean since he has big machine (although all information was already provided before to the company).
I was given another slot for the same day, 2 hours apart, then the cleaning was done, but only the part which was infront, because the technician do not want to (even I offered him help to do so) and I was not told before that only front part of Sofa will be cleaned. When I raise the issue, company offered me £20 credit in my next booking, and why would I book again the company, which is not fair in dealing!!

Really disappointed

The company was amazing. Very easy to book, and they immediately called to offer a slot that had opened up during a cancellation, were willing to go the extra mile on requests, and even gave me a prompt callback two weeks later with answers to follow up questions I had, with accurate memory of the clean. The clean was done quickly and to a high standard with fantastic results, and everyone I spoke to was efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. Incredibly impressed with ProLux and would happily use them again.
