Amazing …

was considering replacing my carpets which would have been expensive. I thought I’d get them cleaned and in a year I’d replace them. But….Warren from enviroclean Huddersfield has done an absolutely amazing job that he has transformed them back to new. I’m positive I’ll get another 3 years out of them. I’ve booked him for an annual clean. I’d highly recommend Warren. Thank you for environclean and Warren for an amazing quality service.

Carpets not cleaned to a satisfactory
Carpets not cleaned to a satisfactory level. The company use a franchise so you recieve a somewhat detached service and failure to take accountability, or response from the main organisation when you complain. After a number of complaints and sending pictures and a video, the Franchise person then contacted me, he said he "would come back, but would charge me again to address the areas he had failed to clean. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!
Following a response from the company, I must add, the carpet cleaner stated himself that my carpets were in good condition. The problem ( which appears to be overlooked by the company is) there are areas that were not cleaned. Also. Rushed. I'm sorry but I can not lie or accept lies from this company!
If the carpets were " untreatable " and my expectation too high, why offer to do them again and charge me again!?

Following a review of the job with Owen, it’s important to clarify that the carpet in question is approximately 20 years old and has experienced significant wear over time. In cases like this, issues such as fibre damage and lifting cannot always be fully restored through cleaning alone. We also understand that you have previously used other carpet cleaning services without achieving a different outcome, which further indicates the limitations due to the carpet’s condition.
While we always aim to achieve the best possible results, there are occasions where the condition of the carpet places a natural limit on what can be achieved. In this instance, it appears that expectations may have exceeded what is realistically possible for a carpet of this age and wear.
We appreciate your feedback regarding our service and communication, and we’re sorry that you feel disappointed with the experience.

Price and date arranged before work commenced, no pressure after initial enquiry. Arrived on time, very friendly and asked if there were any problem areas or stains etc. carpets were nice and clean and smelt fresh. Very pleased with outcome.
