Good customer care
We have used this company for a few years now and in our experience have always received excellent customer care. When the engineer calls to carry out the yearly service on our boiler we feel confident in his knowledge. When we speak to anyone on the phone they are always polite and will do their best to help.

Russell and Jack attended as our under floor heating / heat pump didn’t seem to be heating the house. The boiler sprung a leak but the GHC organised to fix it next day. Once again Frank, the best heating engineer fixed it.

Frank was punctual and called through half an hour before he got here.
Was was polite, informative and managed to find a broken seal within the boiler itself.
Thoroughly recommend him as he was very professional in all aspects of the work he undertook including leaving the property as clean as he found it. Top marks Frank!!
