Great communication, the quote was very reasonable and we were happy to pay for the basic package upfront. We were a few appliances over but it wasn't a problem. Reliable, helpful, focused on the job. Suren was a pleasure to show around our site. He was courteous, patient and helpful and got the job done quickly and safely. Thank you!

Mark was very professional and did a great job checking everything.

I have used PTS service many times and have always been pleased with the service provided, but sadly this week I had an eye appointment at Aintree Hospital early in the morning, you have to be read two hours before your appointment, so I was up extremely early, the transport didn't show, so I contacted PTS and was told sorry the taxi company had got me down for a 2pm appointment, they would organise another driver. So I phoned Aintree and fortunately they completly understood, and said they would make a note of me being late, I eventually arrive over an hour late. Now considering the length of time one has to wait for appointments at the moment, I was extremely stressed, as I was due for surgery that morning. I do hope this is an iceolated incident, because some hospitals could and will refuse to see you.

Nathan Abram has been into see us again, Nathan is always a delight to see and is very professional and efficient in his work.

Just had our annual fire extinguisher service carried out. As always from quote to booking a streamline easy service. Steve our technician was so helpful and fit the job done swiftly and with little interruption, thanks Steve!

Keion and Nick worked incredibly quickly to find and test all electrical items in my busy Art Studio. They were very efficient and when they came across a couple of plugs that were not compliant with UK standards, they exchanged them free of charge! I was amazed! They were very informative about why foreign electrical items often do not comply and instead of simply stating that they are non-compliant, they solved the issue.
Apart from that, every plug now has a clear sticker indicating that it was tested and I can confidently use my electrical appliances.
Quick, friendly, helpful - excellent service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Steve came to site to service our fire extinguishers he was very pleasant, polite and professional, he had replacements on the van for 3 of our extinguishers that were out of date.
he was able to supply and commission the new ones all at the same time (no revisit) which was great.
the only negative is that payment is required to be possessed before he could do that which meant him waiting around for some time until emails and phone calls to various departments got it sorted, not a big problem but could do without the hassel.
Steve did a great job and i thank him for his superb service.

Use PTS for years and always great service. Brad came into our new premises today to complete PAT testing. He was great, friendly and very professional. Hannah in the office went out of her way to provide a quick inspection date. I highly recommend this business.

PAT Testing Review
Nathan visited again this year to carry out our annual PAT testing. As always, he was friendly, cheerful, polite, and extremely helpful. The service was completed efficiently and without any issues. Nathan made sure to check with all staff before testing in their areas, which was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend him for his professionalism and excellent service.

Had the musical equipment tested by Steve who did the job efficiently and thoroughly.
Would recommend him for future work and to anyone wanting their electrical items safety certified.

r annual PAT test visit this week with PTS for the first time and was highly satisfied with Mark who carried out the testing. Phoned ahead of his visit as arranged and arrived on time. Very thorough and professional in his work and will certainly come back to PTS Compliance again.
