Very professional and item delivered safely and very well packaged

A payment for postage that did not get made at the time as I thought that it had been paid over the phone. It had put me into a confusion when I had a follow-up invoice. With reassurances that I would be refunded if it had already been paid, I then paid on-line. I do not know whether it was me or a problem with or the bank the first time - any way - all sorted

I have purchased from dozens of auction houses around the world but without doubt Potteries auctions is the best.
Quick invoicing and ease of payment . Excellent packing and prompt postage . Fabulous communication.
Thanks Again.

Efficiently ran auction with clarity for bidders.

Collection was easy and the staff were very helpful and efficient.

We were selling Coalports and Doulton Ladies after the death of my mother in law. They were so professional and kept every avenue of communication open with us about our items. I cannot thank them enough for their help and support at a very difficult time. Would highly recommend.

I would reconmend your service to anyone d'ont give praise out easy but for my first expirence it was first class.Alan

Potteries Auctions have given excellent service, the valuations have proved accurate, and the communication has been prompt. I would recommend them to anybody requiring the services of an auctioneer. My items have been involved in a numerous of auctions over the course of a few years.

Over the past year I have sold a variety of items with Potteries Auctions, mainly china but also a collection of model railway engines and rolling stock. The valuers were always knowledgeable and fair in their assessments and the whole process was friendly and straightforward. As I had no previous experience of selling at auction I found it easier than expected and the commission charged seems fair in terms of the work undertaken to catalogue, photograph, publicise and sell the items. I am already thinking of other pieces which I could get an opinion on!

Following the death of my parents Rod and Leah came out to value the contents of our family home and we later consigned everything to auction with them. They were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout, showing a genuine interest in items many people would regard as “tat”. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Our first time selling at auction, the staff were brilliant very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy

Very friendly staff very accommodating quality auctions iv purchased quite a few peices from them and always a good experience and shipping quotes are good

Potteries auction house is so professional and helpful in all aspects of buying at auction, their in house delivery is marvellous so well packed , quick and competitively priced, Moira is a credit to the company I can’t praise her highly enough.

First class service throughout, just how things once were in days gone past, packaging was exemplary, postage very fair and delivered safely by courier the next day. Thank you so much, I cannot recommend them high enough.

First time dealing with Potteries Auctions & despite arriving very early for our appointment Nathan was very welcoming & dealt with us swiftly and professionally, giving honest advice about the items that we wanted to sell. Very positive experience & looking forward to the auction! Thank you.

All the staff were accommodating, valuation was fair.
I will definitely be using them again.

My first time with this lovely auction house. And what a lovely experience it has been. A lovely lady, Myra, sorted out my items and organised the postage. All the staff met so far have been outstanding and of course the goods are great as well. I'll be back..........please have another sale soon. Good, honest and friendly all round!

This is my second terrific experience with Potteries Auctions, so am qualified to leave my review! Super auctions, well-managed, great items and the service afforded to me afterwards is superior!. The "after-auction" process works extremely well, more so being outside of the UK, the time and effort in assisting with my asks, shipping etc, unbelievably helpful Thanks Amy!) leading to a really pleasant, professional experience, Thank you. I highly recommend dealing with this excellent auction house..

Fabulous auction house. I have both bought and sold from here. As far as valuations are concerned I highly recommend bringing your treasures and heirlooms along for appraisal. I have dealt in particular with Nathan (Senior Valuer) twice now and the knowledgeable but common sense, friendly approach should put any buyer or seller at ease. Great place.

We were met at the door and shown to a table to spread our items , our valuer soon sorted things into interested and not interested items in a very friendly and courteous manner , and briefed us on the auction process.

An Auction House you can trust 100%. All matters dealt to perfection. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
