From my initial contact via telephone Potteries Auctions have made it so very easy to obtain valuation to delivery of my items. Their warm welcome in Newcastle Under Lyne where everyone was so helpful and welcoming which made the process so enjoyable. I will definitely go back again and would highly recommend their service.

Rob and Sam provided exceptional service when collecting items from my late father’s estate. They were really professional, remarkably efficient, and wonderfully kind during a difficult time, handling every single piece with the utmost care, respect, and a warm, friendly approach. I am so grateful for their wonderful help. Bill has been great too in responding to our requests and organising the collection. I highly recommend the team to anyone who needs collection and auction services.

This was my first visit to the sale room,I was greeted with smiles and the staff were very helpful.
After registering I watched with interest the sale, I was very impressed by the auctioneer who made every effort to get the best possible bids to the benefit of the clients.

For several years now from start to finish I've had first class service - well presented catalogues are a joy to browse, bids sent to them handled efficiently, lots sell at fair prices at auctions which are a joy to watch, & bought items are safely wrapped &delivered & a joy to see in my home.

We travelled from Switzerland to place items with Potteries Auctions to auction for us. They were friendly, professional and helpful. They kept us advised at every stage. We were very happy with their service.

I auctioned 3 retro board games. They went for £8 however after all the charges were deducted I got 80p. Surely they used done common sense not to sell them. Not happy

What Made my experience great was..... Amy my contact for sales. She was friendly, interested, happy to help, Super efficient, replys came as soon as they were sent. No Manjana for Amy, she was on it! Then there was Ed, he was the person that packed my Temple Jar. It was so well packed and protected that throwing the box would not have broken the jar..... Utterly Amazing! I suggested they set up a training course for others to make the work place a better, happier Place!!
