Potteries Auctions Bewertungen

We had booked the wrong day to go to silverdale but Kerry was really kind to us, she was very professional and kind.
We are waiting for our items to go to auction and will be using them again in the future if all goes well.
Thank you

We took two large Moorcroft vases for valuation and inclusion in an upcoming auction. We were warmly greeted and offered coffee whilst we discussed the valuation and auction process. All the staff we met were very friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Potteries Auctions.

First ever visit to a sale room for a valuation. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they happily answered all questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Professional, helpful and very knowlegable.

Visited potteries auctions today to drop off my china to be valued and put in an auction. All the people there I spoke to were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
It was all very professional and well organised.
I would definitely use them again

The staff were very friendly and polite

Very effective auction process and post-auction packaging/delivery service

Great item, good communications, excellent p&p, fast delivery, 5-stars all round transaction, highly recommended.

It was a perfect bying experience. After the auction I was contacted soon with all information regarding the shipping. After the payment I was informed about the shipping and soon the item came to me.

One of my favourite auctions in the UK , the staff are very helpful when you have an enquiry.
Their in-house packing department takes the greatest care when packing your items for shipping for anyone who is unable to collect in person and at a very reasonable cost unlike many of the auction logistics companies that have to be used at other auction houses.
I have been a customer for many years and hopefully for many to come.

Excellent service, very accurate condition reports, super in house delivery service and well packed. Highly recommend, bid with confidence.

The equivalent of the main auction houses such as Sotheby's in terms of quality of items and selection.

Professionalism in handling the successfully bid items and process of packing and delivery.

This was a great Auction.
I bought a few items, the items arrived professionally packed no nicks or knocks.
I was very happy and a delight to deal with trouble free.
A massive thankyou and wish the team well.
Thankyou

Very professional setup. A totally seamless experience from registration to bidding and final collection of winning items.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Potteries Auctions. Always so smooth running in regards to invoicing, communication and postage. Excellent service, items are always very well wrapped and I’ve never had any breakages. Delivery has always been prompt and it’s always a pleasure to purchase through them.

all very straight forward, had carriers picking up item with no problem. very helpful on the phone

I have just forayed into using online auctions to source more unusual items for the home and have found the Potteries Auctions to be particularly good and one I return to time and time again. Firstly because of the quality of the items auctioned but secondly and most importantly to me, they offer a P&P service too. If the auction house will not do this it can be a very expensive exercise to get the goods delivered to your door, it will always be over £70+ and this has to be factored into what one is prepared to bid, so I find it illogical with so much now bought online that some of the auction houses are still avoiding this crucial customer supply element and therefore attraction to return.

Very professional, polite and helpful staff. Auctioneers are also pleasant and amusing. Around great experience and service. Only downside for me is 30% buyers premium, bumps up what was potentially bargain!

Amazing Auction House, I bought a very fragile lot and was worried about it being delivered. My concerns were quickly relieved, the lot arrived after being expertly packaged to ensure its safety. Highly recommend.

Bid on line, always with a set price, but if a bid was higher, I was informed to give me a chance to increase my bit if needs be. Collection fast safe and very friendly. Great service.
