The claim form was easy to complete and the whole process took only around 10 days. The claims handler requested further documentation which was sent by email. When the claim was accepted - the cash was in my bank within three days.

Quick - very quick - and efficient settlement of claim. Even though the claim we made was relatively cut and dried (in my opinion of course) the resolution was without quibble at what was a difficult time. Whilst the set options of cover required were specific I think a section to be completed by the insured, where the activity to be on cover could be described in more detail with dates to avoid any possibility of missing cover and better identifying the risk would be useful to both parties.

Good but I wasted a lot of time trying to get a payment through on line, eventually had to phone them and was told that they don’t take American Express. It would be helpful if that was clear on the website.

Very clear and easy to understand

My husband is 87 and I am 77. Our holiday insurance didn’t cost a lot. No questions asked, but obviously if you were told by a doctor not to travel and you did, that is a bit silly. I think this is our third time of using this company. Luckily we have had no need to claim, but it is nice to know they are there if we need them.

The person I spoke to was very efficient,pleasant and helpful and the travel insurances I needed was arranged quickly with no problems and it is so nice to speak to areal person and not AI or doing it online so thank you for that
