I cannot fault P J Hayman, they have been extremely helpful throughout the whole of my claim. There was a document that I had forgotten to supply, and I was able to just scan & email a copy to them with no issue. The claim was dealt with really quickly.

I had travel insurance last year with Coach plus which I found to be a very competitive price. Only a slight price rise this year so more than happy to use again. Very easy to use website

My wife had the misfortune to fall and break her arm and i had to cancel a holiday at short notice.

Unfortunately, I had to make a claim on a top-up travel insurance policy. Help & advice provided by Rory when I first notified my claim, and then on submitting the claim, was first class. These days, to speak to a real live person who actually seems interested in helping you, is a rare occurrence. Actual settlement of claim was quick & efficient.
