A company that will cover someone who has had cancer, but not at the exorbitant rate other companies, want to charge, even if they will cover you at all. I haven't had to make a claim, so unable to comment on that. The online questions were clear to anwser.

Though I didn't need to make a claim, I found the on-line application very easy to complete and this reduced much of the stress of the application. The cost was very reasonable despite our medical needs.

I requested Europe.
When policy came through it stated Spain was not included. Spain I believe is in Europe...
It took several email exchanges to rectify this stupidity

A friend of ours had numerous problems getting holiday insurance for his globetrotting activities , on his travels a fellow passenger mentioned Albert & Eddie to him and he has been happy ever since. I am the very same , after his recommendation I too got insurance with Albert& Eddie , a pleasure to deal with , even with several health declarations my quote was very sensible in price , the ease of purchasing on line and the service was great , I am very happy with my insurance and if I do more travelling I will definitely go to Albert & Eddie again in the future .

After refusals and sky high quotes due to health conditions, I came across Albert & Eddie.
What a breath of fresh air, the quote for annual cover with cruise cover was excellent, so good after the previous quotes i checked it twice. They totally understand the health conditions and don't penalise people for the. Don't think i will ever insure with any one else again. Can not reccomend them highly enough

I have wasted my time trying to purchase Travel Insurance from the 'albert & eddie travel insurance' website. The quote process starts with asking where you are going and even offers "Europe excluding Spain" (for whatever reason?). I state "Europe excluding Spain" as my destination and the system comes to a grinding HALT. Highly frustrating.

If this company cannot maintain a running website, I have GRAVE doubts about their efficiency or competence in dealing with my insurance, should I require to make a claim.
