Recently purchased a new Motorhome from Perthshire Caravans. The sale itself was seamless and hassle free. Then since getting the motorhome I have been dealing with the After Sales team (Jay) with various questions and clarifications. The service from Jay and team has been fantastic. Excellent Service
I had a warranty repair carried out, an outside awning light replacement.This was carried out free of charge. In addition, on the day I took the caravan in I found a problem with the leisure battery not appearing to be charging. This was checked out and sorted quickly. The service I received was first rate. My thanks to all concerned. Sylvia who I dealt with on the service desk did a great job, very accommodating to my last minute changes due to weather conditions. Very pleased with Perthshire Caravans!

The helpful guys at Perthshire Caravans
I would like to say a big Thank You to the guys at Perthshire caravans for the great help they gave us when our caravan mover played up and instead of moving caravan in straight line it was doing wonderful doughnuts which is not very helpful when trying to get van into a driveway.
I phoned Perthshire and even though they were in the process of closing down for Christmas 🎄 I was told to bring the caravan straight in which I did and the mover was fixed and I was on my way home within 20 mins.
So a big thanks to everyone in sales and servicing for your help.
I have purchased three caravans over the past few years from Perthshire and I have no hesitation in recommending this great company and if ever looking for another van I will be back to Perthshire caravans.

Picked up our new motorhome yesterday…
Picked up our new motorhome yesterday and after a couple of issues that required fixing we took it home. Was an absolute pleasure to deal with Andrew who went above and beyond to rectify the issues. First time caravan purchase
From initial contact to the collection of my first caravan my experience has been a great one. Pre loved caravan is looking amazing thanks to the efforts of the valet team,and the time spent with Andrew at handover was very much appreciated,he covered everything in great detail for us novices. I know there are many people involved in the background,and I feel it's only right to acknowledge that and thank them for their efforts, I'd recommend Perthshire Caravans to anyone thinking about caravan ownership.

The Globecar and Rhythm vehicles that you were looking at were sitting in the 'await valet' area at the front of the showroom as they have just been traded in. If customers wish to view these vehicles we of course let them. There are 'Awaiting Prep' signs on the front of them.
Motorhomes and caravans get a full pre-delivery inspection where any repairs are carried out before they are handed over to the new owner. These vehicles have of course not yet been through workshop.
The Sales Executive you refer to was here yesterday and dealt with many customers. We are sorry if he was not available when you visited us for 30 minutes however we cannot predict footfall and the Sales team do their best to see to everyone that wishes to speak to them.
The member of reception team advises that you had stated you said you did not need to speak to Dave, so there seems to be conflicting views here.
Please be assured of our best intentions at all times.
Perthshire Caravans Think Twice!!
Ok so today I found out that just because they are Elddis dealers they will only do warranty work on your Elddis if you bought it from them. Lady told me no matter what dealership you go to they will tell you the same. Well thats no strictly true. If you buy private and it still has 5 or 6 years warranty who do you take it to.
I will suggest this: Anyone except Perthshire Caravans.

Thanks for your comment. Warranty work is dealer subsidised and dealers of course need to give priority to those customers who have purchased from them. The motorhome and caravan industry is incredibly busy up and down the country for repairs at present. Erwin Hymer are able to find you a repair agent who can carry out your warranty work.
