Nice people to deal with and knowlegable about there product

Our beloved Swift 640 was in for a warranty job for a couple of issues- I cannot praise the Perthshire Service Department highly enough- from the receptionist on the desk to the Service Technician that appraised the warranty job. He took time to explain the remedial work, advised exactly what had been done and the rationale for the work, advising that he had carried out further investigation to confirm that the repairs would be effective.

Going the extra mile seems normal for Perthshire Caravans so it has to be another 5 star ⭐ review from us - service like this goes a long way to confirm we made the right choice in purchasing our motorhome from Perthshire

Went for a visit, everything you could ever want under 1 roof. Will be back

Please read reviews on Trust Pilot about this company going back several year I really wish I had. Shocking Customer Service, extremely rude and hostile Director, would not recommend dealing with this company

Her response to my review was to make up lies about my conduct. What a low life reply by a business that sold a caravan that was knowingly unfit for purpose. Oh and now are trying to sell it to some other unsuspecting person at a reduced price. How low to make false allegations about someone that you said you were not going to refund but who had the law on her side and you were forced to do just that. I have a list of ppl as long as your arm who would never deal with this shambles of a company again and we all can’t be wrong.
The remaining claim will be handled by the courts system

I had a small 'ding' to my caravan whilst touring the area. I did a 'walk-in' to Perthshire Caravans and whilst they didn't have the part available, the Service Department was first class in checking the van over and offering suggestions for repair. Very helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. As an aside, they also have a fantastic selection of used & new caravans and motorhomes. Thanks for your assistance.

Wow, sorted out my issue super quick and at short notice: very very much appreciated.
My fridge vent cover was ripped of on a tight country lane.

Many thanks to the team at Perthshire Caravans. I dropped my motorhome for some warranty repairs and asked for a quick turnaround as we were booked to go away on Hogmanay. Picked up MH today , all work completed and ready for our New Year break . Well done to all at Perthshire Caravans and Merry Christmas to all the team .

Amazing service as always from the Perthshire Caravans Team. We just took ownership of our motorhome yesterday and as we have been super pleased with our previous caravan, that we purchased through them, we did not hesitate to return for our recent purchase. Big thank you to John Allan at Perthshire Caravans. He was a fantastic help at figuring out the parts I had lost on my Fresh water drainage pipe. He even posted them out to me as I live in Glasgow. Great service, thanks again

The Red Lion Caravan Park, Arbroath, is at present very unsightly, (replacement of piping of water taking place). There are no warning or diversion signs in place on site to help owners or visitors avoid this upheaval.
Staff are very unhelpful and on repeated occasions disrespectful. Rating should be NIL at present, (in my personal view).

Caravan was in for some warranty work. Lorraine called me back within the week to say that all the work has been done. Not only that the engineers also went that extra mile to ensure that certain items on the list were over engineered so the fault would definitely not happen again. Great service, very professional and polite service. For my first time caravaning these are the type of people that ensure all is OK. Many thanks to all in the service department

Big ‘ups’ for Perthshire Caravans. On longterm retirement travel, when other dealers, workshops & auto electricians were too busy to help, PC took my campervan and diagnosed and fixed my broken water pump within 90min of arrival.
The service staff (thanks Marion) said, “Lets see what we can do”, rather than ‘Sorry, were too busy!”
Offered tea/coffee and TV while waiting, but spent most time exploring their extensive motorhome stock and accessory shop.
It was finally great to have the replacement pump changed in, and be on my way again.

Phoned to ask a question and was greeted by a gruff "did you buy it here"
I replied no I didn't but___"well we can't help you then.
I only wanted to ask a question!!
Poor telephony experience equals no returning custom.
So if I was thinking of purchasing I wouldn't now.

I contacted Perthshire Caravans with an electrical problem with my motorhome which was getting me down a little as we are soon to head off on a holiday for a tour round Scotland. Because of work capacity, Perthshire Caravans could not look at my motorhome at this time but were extremely helpful to find someone who could help us which was very kind of them indeed. We are not a customer of theirs, but when we come to change our motorhome at some point in the future we have confidence that we will be treated with fairness with Perthshire Caravans.

Excellent service!!! After an issue on the highway the caravan was damaged and they were willing to help us. Very friendly and helpfull people at the service departement!!! It is a pity we cannot give 6 stars because they deserve. Thank you very much for the help.👍🏻

I would like to thank Andrew and John from Perthshire Caravans so much for all their help last night. I was driving to Errol yesterday evening with my horse in the horse trailer when my car broke down. I managed to pull in to the entrance of the Caravan store when my car died.
The gave me oil and tried to bust my car battery and when that failed they stayed with me until I got a friend to come at get my horse and trailer and for the tow truck to tow my car. This was well past their finishing time.
I’m truly grateful for their help and can’t thank them enough.

We had a strange noise develop on our caravan as we drove down from shetland to stirling, we pulled into perthshire caravans, told the lovely lady my tale of woo and a mechanic came straight out and fixed it within 5 min. Turned out to be a broken friction pad on the hitch
Thanks to perthshire caravans the rest of the holiday was brill

Popped into Perthshire Caravans to get a barrel lock changed over on my locker door as you need a Master Key to remove it .
They did not have the correct key but still managed to change the lock over for me and did not charge anything for doing this .
Will definitely use again in the future .
