I spoke to a very unpleasant and extremely rude lady who was just looking for an argument after explaining you can’t pursue me after 6 years her Tone changed and she became aggressive and arrogant, i asked for facts about my case which were declined, they are the same company as Lowell a dept collecting company, I have never heard of Overdales a solicitors trying to recover debt?! they only do this because Lowell is not legally allowed to give you a CCJ, beware of them as they will hand you a CCJ like it’s candy,

I registered an account to try and set up a payment plan but it’s not letting me log in it keeps saying the reference is wrong when it’s not

On pip and UC lcwa and pip and still thinks I can afford repayments at 80 a month I barely get by and won't reduce payments as they say I get by no help just make matters worse wish I could work then get shot of but impossible

Heavily stressed due to this issue, I'm on universal credit also disabled (i don't receive pip), yet they are taking £131 from my bank for 5 months and still put apply for a ccj leaving me with £120 a month after paying all bills, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I am a 65 year old with proven mental health issues and other health conditions considered vulnerable by my Dr and other health professionals, yet overdales seem not bothered and do not care about guidelines regarding vulnerable people so will be sharing my experience with fca and any other organisations that might help with these bullies and harassing company

You wouldn't let me post a "No" star review which is what you deserve. I am a solicitor wanting to make contact with your firm. Have you tried phoning ??? Unless you are a client/debtor with an account number your phone system is not interested in answering you or putting you through to anyone so I have had to give up. The phone call could have been some help to you or another client of yours but I won't be wasting any more time on trying to make contact with your firm. It is not surprising there are so many bad reviews.

What am absolutely disgusting organisation so desperate to extract money from individuals they'll go as far as placing a ccj against your name as they have done with me over an Npower bill from 2018 (which my I add was fully paid) the representatives I have spoken with from yesterday to today have been diabolical. A guy today by the name of Hamza couldn't even answer a simple question without deflecting the question was "Are you a solicitor" & "Are you SRA registered" he just tried to argue. And when I asked for a copy of the recorded line his question was "why do you want that" rudely. That headache was added today from the brain numbing call I had with a lady called Georgia yesterday

After speaking with E.on / Npower and anybody else I could to resolve this. That all stated they have no record of the account (which one again was always fully paid) and by the looks of the reviews have been doing this low life activities for a while to a number of people

Noah the agent was very friendly and helped me sort a problem out i forgot I even had , great customer service .

Overdales refused to tell me where this debt was from, and even though it is stat barred they refused to let me speak refused to give me any details or discuss it, they kept trying to tell me that I have to pay for a debt that has become state barred

I received an email from them this morning about a debt with EON. I have asked them to verify this debt as I do not acknowledge it I tried ringing but could not speak to an agent.

I do not owe EON any money I switched providers and they sent me bills that were estimated. I was fully paid up with them and I never received any emails to say they were sending it to a debt collections. Obviously because I do not owe the debt.

They are threatening to take me to court over a small amount which is ridiculous I've emailed asking them to verify my debt and send me information on how this came to be because the last time i was with EON was back in 2020.

They have no business taken on debt before they even contact us and then threatening Court action over £340

Received a threatening letter from these onanists at my address for a person who does not nor ever has lived there.
Having been online i rang as I thought this would be easier but could not speak to anyone as I was not making a payment nor was I the account holder.
I then e mailed expressing my concerns as a pensioner with diminishing health only to be ignored why have a complaints department if you do not acknowledge and deal with complaints you mooncalves!
Not sure how companies like this exist threatening defenceless innocent people.

This company is putting a charging order on my property for a stupid amount I have sent this email but no reply !!

How do I reset up the payment plan again please to start on the 8th June ?

I am classed as disabled and hold a blue badge plus receive PIP for my injuries so this pressure is making me physically ill now with the threat of you forcing me to sell my property!!

I will be able to start paying on this date and recently things have been very hard as I have had 2 bereavements within the last few months and now this charging order is making me feel that my life is not worth living anymore !!

Please can you help me with this and start the repayments in July ?

Incorrect balances, incorrect information, failed promises, lies, poor telephone manor. Complained about all of the above. My complaint was UPHELD and still their atrocious service continued.

This company has taken money out my account and saying they haven’t received it when I have online banking as proof. I will be going forward with this .

I got a tablet as a gift from Three in 2020, for upgrading to a new phone, they are now claiming that I owe them £2,400 for the tablet, which they are now saying was not a gift. Absolute extortion.

Overdales are claiming my review was about another company and not them, just for the sake of clarity, I am talking about OVERDALES, so as well as absolute rip off tactics, they are also abject liars, two things that go hand in hand, and this supposedly a legal organisation.
