I think you need to make it quite clear that whatever is stated for payout your fees needed to have been deducted before hand as this is very misleading

I was happy with the service provided by OCL solicitors in relation to a RTC, for which they were acting for me. They kept me up to date with proceedings throughout the process. When the claim was finally resolved with the 3rd party solicitors I received the payment due to me within two weeks.
